“Had a slight front bumper mishap after the Jan snowstorm.Too small damage for insurance deductible. Repair out of pocket $. Got an estimate from Caliber Collision, $550, removing front bumper, 2 days to repair. Went to Whites for 2nd estimate. Straightened bent part by hand, no charge. Ordered strip to be replaced, came in 2 days later. Went in for repair, 15 minutes, total bill $68. Super nice and efficient people!”

“I met Wally by chance when ordering an alternator for my Trailblazer at Advance Auto Parts. I needed someone to install it and he said he'd do that day for a very reasonable price. It's was done quickly and lower than he quoted. We got into a cooling issues with the kids car and he did that as well, again excellent work. I'm a history nut and Wally and I have shot the poo on that subject as well when I'm down there. He's a great guy, great wrench and an asset to the community with his personal knowledge about things. I highly recommend Wally if you need work done.”

“This store is where I usually where I take my vehicles to get their oil changed. I saw the Albany store had a $20 off coupon online so I asked them if they would honor their coupon and they said they would! I was really happy they were willing to give me the discount since they didn't have to. Just a sign of their good customer service at this location.They did a quick but complete job of changing the oil and checking the filters. One of the filters wasn't very dirty and they didn't try to convince me that I needed to replace it which was something else I like about them.They also offered to vacuum out my car but I had to turn them down as my two dogs (100lbs & 79lbs) would have made it kinda crowded for them! My dogs enjoy going on oil changes as they love to watch the people running around.”

“I came in today to have my tire patched, and put on a new rim. Yall I am honestly surprised at the great service we received. Instantly a nice gentleman stopped what he was working on to not only see what I needed but also hold the door open for me and my toddler son (so rare)The great service continued during our quick waiting time. Another technician had over heard my 2 year old son talking about monster trucks and brought a HUGE monster truck tire out on a fork lift just for my son to see.Usually, waiting with small children isn't met with such kindness and help. I sooo appreciate what was done to help my baby smile. And to top it off I think I paid under 40 dollars for all of it. They put my spare tire back in its original place and everything!!Literally couldn't have expected any better of service. 10 stars. Thank you to les Schwabs of Dallas! Yall rock for real.”
