“Bravo! I took my elderly mother in after she insisted that it was time to get the oil changed in her car because of the date on the sticker. She doesn't drive much anymore so she had not yet met the mileage recommendations for the change. The guys that met the car were so polite and patient. They thoroughly checked all the liquid and told her that she didn't need an oil and lube because of the low mileage. She was treated honestly and respectfully. It is a statement of the training and quality of the people working at the Keizer, OR Jiffy Lube. We are definitely telling everyone we know about the great experience.
