No matter what challenges popped up (and you know they will), Bruce always had a solution and to put us at ease. In addition to the BBQ kitchen structure that he and his team built and installed without any issue, we also purchased all of our outdoor appliances and bar stools from Bruce. Top notch quality!! Bruce is definitely a team player, he even met with our other vendors to confirm the lines of communication were open and make sure it was a successful installation. “APCO is the best place to get your equipment serviced for high end and out-of-country imports. Our company got a Unitec Eibenstock 2001P drill fixed which was not powering up. Troy was very helpful in quickly tearing down, assessing, fixing, and returning our drill from Las Vegas to Los Angeles, saving us the cost of a full replacement. Due to the difficulty of even finding parts for this brand most repair shops turned us away to even have our drill inspected. Troy offered a free upfront inspection over the phone, taking on the risk that the drill was beyond salvaging which fortunately it wasn't. I highly recommend him and the APCO North Las Vegas team.”

“Needed a dryer badly and this olace had one at a fantastic price. They speak both English and Spanish so they can help you find anything. They have washers, fryers, fridges, and many other appliances they have rebuilt, and put back out. They do great service, they deliver and install as well. If you have a down appliance theu will take the old one away so you don't have to figure out how to get rid of it. This is a great place that I reccomend.”

“Man, if I could give 10 stars I would. Espresso World is amazing. Paul is just amazing and knows his craft like the back of his hand. He helped not just with installing machines for our new location, but giving suggestions on equipment and making sure you get the best stuff for your budget. He also came out and taught me and my daughter the best way to use our grinder and machine. I learned more in 30 minutes with Paul than I EVER have with any other company. I can't express enough that if you are thinking of getting an Espresso machine, this is the place to buy it and learn more about your machines. Espresso World went above and beyond my expectations.”

“They have “new, open box” appliances at a discount, the same thing Best Buy does. I bought a Bosch 800 in stainless steel black at a discount. They had quite a few high-end brands like Thermador and Viking. Alma was nice and helpful. The guys came who came to install were friendly and took my old Whirlpool (which was older and LOUD, but still worked). They made sure it worked before leaving. I was able to register it with Bosch for their 1 year warranty. A great transaction!”

“I'm not 100% sure but I believe the lady in the paint departments name was Kay Mack (blonde hair). She figured out why my sample touch up paint was a lighter color than my original paint. I've been trying for so long to not have to repaint my stairway because all the touch up paint I was buying wasn't working. If it weren't for her I would have had to repaint my entire stairway. She was very patient, kind and professional.”

“There's a few employees who need recognition! First, Jesse in the electrical dept was so helpful! He is so genuine when he helps customers. He actually asks them specific questions to ensure he understands people's concerns. Then Eric in the lumber dept truly goes out of his way. I dropped a pair of my working gloves in the store. He went out of his way, going down each aisle to help me find it. Just like many Home Depots, this location can get busy on weekends.”

“I owe the 2 dudes working in the morning a dozen donuts. came in needing a 2 pole amp for a trane Ac. did not have a valid license as this is not my exact trade, gummed it up with a couple of Hispanic techs waiting in line showing them my unit I was trying to fix. all the folks in the store that I spoke to were incredibly helpful in helping me to simply verfiy that I had probably found the faulty part. Was charged 20.00 for a part that a service tech was going to charge a min of 350 to come and install. I had never done any work on any ac unit in my life and it took about 30 mins using zero power tools. in the hot asf Vegas sun. ac has been working flawlessly since that day. only stipulation upon purchasing without a contractors license was no returns. I figured at 20.00 I could afford to take that risk. I'm just glad I had real folks and not mouth breathers behind the counter and the next time I'm back in Vegas. im showing up on a Friday at open wit mf fancy donuts.”
