“I use my MacBook Pro every day. One of the USBC/Thunderbolt ports failed. Apple said that I would have to send the computer to them and I would receive it back in 5-7 days. I found Computer Doctor BG (Centennial). I brought it there. Jared analyzed the computer, ordered the part and gave it back to me within an hour, so I was not without my computer. The part arrived in 2 days. I brought the computer back and Jared had it repaired in a half hour. Much better than Apple service. They also honor Apple warranty and Apple Care. Best service that I have ever received!”

“Well I just ordered some ram for my notebook and saw some bad reviews for this company. They look like they been on Amazon for awhile and reviews looked strong there. I don't know if people are getting paid to write a bad review or not? My item just got the label created today so I'll see what happens to me and update my review and rating if this company doesn't ship or what ever problems I have if any. It did take awhile for them to get the label created but that is common when dealing with free shipping. I did notice there paid shipping is extremely high and outrageous and not sure why that is.”

“I’m setting up a home office, and a friend recommended the UNLV Surplus store to me. I had never heard of it and was very pleasantly surprised with their inventory and amazing customer service. I purchased a secondary monitor in great condition for only $15, and they included all of the necessary cords, a mouse, and a keyboard for free! The tech manager, Kevin, also plugged everything in to ensure functionality before I left the store. I saved hundreds of dollars by shopping at the UNLV Surplus Center!”

Some may already be aware, but sadly, I wasn’t.I learned that the Apple Store offers “free” in-house educational training/discussions on how to utilize specific features on their products.These sessions are provided every day and are approximately 20 minutes in duration. The training can be customized to your specific needs and can be done in groups or as individuals.Kelsey was the Apple staff member conducting my training and she did a great job. I learned things in 20 minutes that I never knew and will now be able to share with family and friends.Unfortunately, these educational sessions are not available on-line but in-store only.These products can be very expensive and understanding the full extent of their capabilities is definitely worth your time”

“Terrance with the geek squad remembered me from a couple weeks ago. It was a car audio install that I've been having a hard time getting the parts for. He tracked down the right part and when it finally came in I set up the appointment and he installed it in about an hour. It came out very clean and looks sharp. Great job, I would go back and i definitely recommend Best Buy for installs.”

“I recommend Best Buy appliances. We purchased new kitchen appliances including dishwasher, double oven and microwave. The two technicians who came out and did our installation was great. Wilfredo and Leo were our technicians. They were professional and represented Best Buy. They were efficient and personable. The cafe' line of kitchen appliances are the best. I have had Lowe's, Home Depot products but I am really impressed with Best Buy and their techs. The cost was competitive and the variety of choices good. I recommend Best Buy and request Wilfredo and Leo you can't go wrong.”

“HONEST AND RELIABLE PC REPAIR Gene the proprietor will probably diagnose your PC's problem within seconds. I've been taking my antique PCs to him for years. I can't afford to take them to a shop that will charge me more than my outdated machines are worth. If your hard drive gets zapped, Gene will throw in a new one and recover your data. If your power supply is fried, he'll replace it in minutes. If you change machines, he'll transfer all your files to your other machine. These are things he's done for me. Don't let the funky neighborhood discourage you. Gene charges very reasonable prices because his overhead is low. He's an honest and reliable service provider. As the name indicates, you can get rid of your old machine with Gene. Go green! Don't just throw your old PC in the garbage.”
