“We stopped in to Cactus Joes to purchase a Saguaro cactus. We found the perfect one with the help and guidance of Linda. We also purchased two Octillo cactus. We purchased these for our new home being built. Linda provided a wealth of advice and insight on how to create our desert landscape. We will be returning to Cactus Joes to get more cactus and decor once our home is complete. We are so excited!! Thank you Cactus Joe and Linda! We now feel confident in our future plans for our desert oasis.”

“Selected an arrangement from one of their books but requested that a different color rose be substituted. Went to the back of the shop and showed them the exact rose I wanted (creamy white with petals tinged pink at the top). Arrangement arrived with pink roses.It was lovely but not exactly what I wanted. P.S. Ordered the arrangement on a Friday when there was a full bucket of the roses I selected and the arrangement was delivered on Monday.”

“Such a cute place for plant parents. I've gotten a few things here. Philodendrons, pots, Ivy mag redwood soil, cute Knick knacks,etc. I have bought a philodendron pink princess and a philodendron Brazil on two separate occasions. Other times I have bought some pots. They have so many cute colors of pots. So if you don't buy a plant you can buy pot. Which is what happens to me. They will also pot your plant for you.”

“There's a few employees who need recognition! First, Jesse in the electrical dept was so helpful! He is so genuine when he helps customers. He actually asks them specific questions to ensure he understands people's concerns. Then Eric in the lumber dept truly goes out of his way. I dropped a pair of my working gloves in the store. He went out of his way, going down each aisle to help me find it. Just like many Home Depots, this location can get busy on weekends.”

If they told me anything I would have paid so really they sent me away putting honesty before business!”

“I'm not 100% sure but I believe the lady in the paint departments name was Kay Mack (blonde hair). She figured out why my sample touch up paint was a lighter color than my original paint. I've been trying for so long to not have to repaint my stairway because all the touch up paint I was buying wasn't working. If it weren't for her I would have had to repaint my entire stairway. She was very patient, kind and professional.”

We came to pick up our will-call. 5 stars for your new employee "Trey" was very helpful, courteous and service with a smile. Unlike many of your other employees. One employee had the nerve to tell us as we were entering the store. "Why are you coming in, we're closing in 10 mins" then he laughed at us. My husband was so upset. We were going to ask for the manager but Trey turned this horrible experience into a position one.”

“I like this location, been going here regularly for about Seven years now both for work and home.However thus newest batch of employees are a lawsuit waiting to happen.First the older guy apologizing to a younger female, both staff, for what he said and saying loud enough to be heard two aisles over, "I did not mean it like that!" repeatedly..Then at the exit by the check outstands the three younger guys standing behind a female cashier staring at her, trying to get attention by saying over and over, "you know I am right here." While she was trying to interact with customers. This happened on 12/16/23 at between 2:45pm and 2:55pm.Management needs to be on ethe floor when the store is busy.”

“I visited Moon Nursery to explore what they had as I wanted to replace a tree in my front yard that was extremely messy. I was given a tour of the various trees they had available and had a robust question answer session with Marc Heldoorn Lead Designer. I learned a lot from him and settled on a 20-foot-tall Magnolia Majestic tree. The first step was to remove the old tree. They sent a crew of nine and it was quite a sight to see. Everyone knew exactly what the others were doing, and they made quick work of removing the old tree which was very large 35 feet tall with a 30-40 or so foot canopy. They also went around the yard and removed the surface roots that were all over the place. The old tree had been there for 25 years. When they were all done you would never have known they were there. All debris was removed, and the road swept and cleaned. The next day it was time for planting the new tree. This was a very professional operation. They had all the machinery, manpower (Crew of five), crane ready to go. Again, it was like an orchestra, everyone knew what to do and they worked so well together. They made sure I was happy with the way the tree was faced to the street and they worked ever so diligently to make sure the tree was sitting just right to how I wanted it before finally filling in with all the dirt and fertilizers that were needed. Afterwords they again cleaned up EVERYTHING you would have never known they were there. I might add too that they arrived on time and on the days, they told me. Very professional and knowledgeable team to get it done right.”
