“I love Lowe's. I can spend hours in the store just looking at things and think of how I can change my own home. I do however question their lawn and garden department. I have major concerns about their product or their ability to care for it. As long as that building has been there that parking lot should be shaded by all the trees that were planted. However they're all dead no shade there.”

“I'm not 100% sure but I believe the lady in the paint departments name was Kay Mack (blonde hair). She figured out why my sample touch up paint was a lighter color than my original paint. I've been trying for so long to not have to repaint my stairway because all the touch up paint I was buying wasn't working. If it weren't for her I would have had to repaint my entire stairway. She was very patient, kind and professional.”

“The staff are great and the store is clean. The worst is I had to buy my Artificial Turf/Spikes from Lowes on Charleston, the Infill at Lowes on Eastern and the Infill Rake at W. Henderson. That is "Ridiculous" but you make your money off of shipping because nobody won't drive to 3 different stores. Ordered from Charleston (shipping charge included), drove to Eastern and not going to Henderson!”

This kiosk is convenient and designed with an open concept allowing customers to view the entire key cutting process. The machine does have a security guarantee that keys are "Not" recorded or "stored" and are guaranteed to fit. This is definitely a place you might want to consider if you're in need of a key fast.”

“Dishwasher and Hood Range Vent Purchase. Review for August's help. I've already been two a different Lowes and a Home Depot. I knew what I wanted. August, was amazing. Really helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. Was able to debunk/explain the negative reviews from ordering large appliances (water found in a dishwasher, to more). Caution on appliance delivery -- I was told just 2 days before delivery by the delivery dept that our dishwasher wasn't ready until next month.August seems to know the best ways around Lowes. Unsure how true 30days returnable is true for no Lowe's credit card used. But she had great tips to watch out for and such.Wouldn't recommend the cheapest dishwasher (cause will break easily). But not the most expensive because not worth it.Required additional parts to buy -- Understood what was really needed for installation/replacement: Said installation just adds alot of things which is not needed, just spend more. The only thing needed will be mentioned as required equipment when purchase the Lowe's appliance. (will find out if this is true after installation)Able to clarify/debunk about negative reviews:- Lowe's Protection Plans/Warranty has horrible reviews. Reason could be because of supply parts situation: Parts are usually shipped/supplied by the manufacturer which can take a long time (I remember 1-2 weeks). And if manufacturer doesn't have it, they'll have to get it from the factory. Problem is if your brand does not have a factory in America like (Bosch), then it'll take forever for international communications/supply of your parts.= BUY PROTECTION PLAN IF YOU BUY BOSCH BRAND?= Also have 30 days after to still decide/buy the protection plan. But the plan may cost more if the appliance prices increased from sale price.- Return/Exchange: Issues with 48hours return on large appliances. 48hours is meant for dents, cosmetics, any apparent opinion of just decided don't want it. But still actually have 30 days to return for issues like wire blows, actual problems, etc IF buy from their store. The store manager at the store will be more willing to help with the situation vs if buy online. Then you'll have to deal with online returning/exchanging and they most likely will stick to the 48hours.= BUY APPLIANCES IN STORE!!! At least from August's Store.- Negative Reviews about Dishwashers coming wet, or not with exact parts seen from store to online pcitures. LG and certain brands test their dishwashers before giving them out so it is common to find them wet. What you get will not match the online pictures all the time.Other:- Price Match. Cannot match with paid membership places like Costco, Sams, or places with payment system.- Markups are returns, displays, appliance with missing items. Each store has their inventory of it. Vegas is so weird, that ppl just steal knobs, and random stove gas range circular tops. Many landlords/flippers come buy these items.Lowe's Delivery Situation:- Online says get in within 7 days like by 11/27. BUT for the items we got, August is able to schedule exact date and either day/afternoon time for in store pick up, or delivery to house.- Rescheduling is possible with a call to any of her managers. It'll ship to their store before delivered to us. If its not in a rush, it'll give staff enough time to also make sure and check the items/store in the store vs rush it out for delivery right away.- For August's store: Tuesdays and Thursdays 10pm these shipments come to store. Then its unloaded/ready for pick-up/delivered Wednesdays and Fridays.- A MONTH LATE DELIVERY. Two days before delivery (which I've scheduled around my installer to visit the day after) -- I was told the dishwasher wouldn't even be available until 2+weeks later during Xmas. Really that just means it won't be as available until January!! Beware!Lowe's Returns:- Appliances (Our Dishwasher/Range Hood). Return/Exchange: Issues with 48hours return on large appliances. 48hours is meant for dents, cosmetic)”

“I like this location, been going here regularly for about Seven years now both for work and home.However thus newest batch of employees are a lawsuit waiting to happen.First the older guy apologizing to a younger female, both staff, for what he said and saying loud enough to be heard two aisles over, "I did not mean it like that!" repeatedly..Then at the exit by the check outstands the three younger guys standing behind a female cashier staring at her, trying to get attention by saying over and over, "you know I am right here." While she was trying to interact with customers. This happened on 12/16/23 at between 2:45pm and 2:55pm.Management needs to be on ethe floor when the store is busy.”

“Cheryl from the paint department was awesome! I came in with a small piece from my chipped wall today and the color I had thought was the same, she looked at them and saw it wasn't the same color. And color matched the paint. I felt I was close but she was spot on! She was soo nice and knowledgeable of what she is doing. Thanks Cheryl you are awesome!”

“Update: ? I painted a little of new color below nail/to sides within the hour and it looks perfect! Huge thank you to Gabriel, especially, and Jared too. You were both so amazing to work with!I stop in this store frequently, sometimes daily, to check for oops paint. It seems like less of a commitment and I find colors I love from time to time. In the past, when I have needed to color match, the machine has been unavailable and I have had to go to the HD off Craig. The first time a little over a year ago and then maybe 6 months ago. Both times with several cans of paint to match. The 2nd time may have been because I was dropping kid at school. That store is ridiculously meticulous and amazing at paint matching. Every match has been perfect except one oops I bought was exterior and I had them make interior. It was a little off, but on me and I was painting in a different room so it wasn't the end of the world. It will be when I need to match each color and I hope they listen and don't try to rely on what is in system...two different colors.On Saturday, I needed a color match and didn't feel like driving across town. I headed into the store and the person helping me was great, but the paint was not too cooperative. 3rd try, he thought he had it. When I placed on wall in a couple places the next day, it was definitely NOT a match. It was too light.On Sunday, I went back in and chatted with Gabriel. He was amazingly patient and kind as I was disappointed in spending $60 on paint that didn't match. I may have had enough to finish the job, but we ran out of texture on Black Friday so I needed some repairs. Our textured walls also tend to have pinprick spots weeks later. I need the paint to match. Gabriel tried working with what I had, then found a matching swatch, made that paint, and then darkened it. He and Jared were working together to figure this out on my behalf and, in the end, they may have gotten it. It sure looks like it based on the new they painted on old. I have not had a chance to get it on the wall yet, but will update. Regardless, they literally did everything they could. I tossed receipts by accident, but told them I would give them a shout out and they 100% deserve it. It takes time and patience...and they were genuinely nice and helpful. Please recognize their efforts! I only have pic so far of the color that didn't match...to the right of the clock. This was 2 and 4 hours after painting. It was obvious. The last photo was ripped off old can and has new paint on one side. It looks as good as they could have gotten.”
