We bought a large sectional and one unit had a leather stain. The store brought a replacement out quickly. However the new unit did not sit properly along side the adjacent unit. Every thing went very well. We recieved help right away, and was finnished within an hour of entering the store. Everyone were very helpful, and knowlegable.
