“One of the best experiences I've had with a tire place. Mark helped me out and genuinely seemed to want to help. I initially wanted some Michelins but he suggested Continentals which turned out to be cheaper. Very clean store and easy to get to. I called to get the tires and he was able to set an appointment the next day. I dropped off my car in the morning and it was done by the end of the day. I'll be coming here for any other tire needs.”

“7 years later and still excellent, quality service!Yesssssssss, this is what I mean when I say awesome customer service.My friend needed new tires and after calling around and searching online, he found Southern Tire and Auto Center. The lady he spoke with on the phone before he arrived was sooo helpful and uber friendly. The desired tires were in stock so we headed their way.Once we arrived we were greeted and helped immediately. We asked if we could see the tire (Sumitomo High Performance, HRT All-Season) and we were told we definitely could. Once we made our way to the warehouse and inspected the tires we decided to go ahead with the purchase, as we were pleased that they would suffice. My friend has rims on his car, so he said the low profile was great.With the government discount (15%), a full set was $428.05....not bad at all! Definitely worth the money, plus they are great, high quality tires. You won't be disappointed at this venue.Thanks for the awesome customer service and quality products!!! Duly noted for any of my future needs!!”

I went in for an oil change & for what I thought was a leaking tire, I was certain that I'd either have to pay for a tire repair or worst case, the purchase of a whole new tire. The gentleman told me there was no leak and that the low pressure could've been the results of cold weather. I realize, a less than honest service-tech would've tried to make me buy a new tire. “After going to pep boys two days in a row of messy service and then the inability to install a tire, I came here and the guys put my tires on with the quickness. They don't speak much English, but the know how to do a simple task of putting on brand new Pirelli tires on my Suburban. They are not as cheap as pep boys. So $120 for all 4 installed, balanced and tire disposal, versus $87. But what cost me in a few dollars is knowing my tires on put on by professional mom and pop mechanics that know what they are doing. Don't let the outside fool you and the big names get you, support local.”

“Went to Sam's for coffee and ended up with PJ's for our annual family Christmas picture! Lol!Let's face it. If you go into Sam's you will need to open up your purse and give a few extra coins because they have such a wide variety of things available. Not only are their things you would find in a grocery store but there are fresh flowers, furniture, tires and clothes too.I also love their convenient prepared foods. I usually grab a rotisserie chicken with a salad for a quick Friday night dinner. I will say this is the first time I did have to wait in line for it. But it wasn't too long.Of course there is a annual membership fee but I always find a good deal on Groupon.I love Sam's but I have to limit my trips because I always spend way over my budget(in a good way)”

Excellent Firestone Representative!!I recently had a less than acceptable experience with a different Firestone service center, but I wasn’t ready to give up on the company. As it turns out, my decision was the right one.Brian at the Firestone located at 2565 CRAIN HWY WALDORF, MD is providing the type of personalized care and treatment that used to be the norm. I watched him extend a friendly greeting to each customer as they entered, was able to hear how helpful and respectful he was when speaking with phone customers, and how patient and detailed he was with the associate he was training.Four days ago, I experienced a delay when my vehicle was being serviced. Brian explained the reason for the delay and because I had another vehicle in need of a diagnostic, he asked me to bring it in and he’d give me priority because of the inconvenience. Upon returning, my second vehicle was on the lift in less than 15 minutes of my unscheduled return.I recommend this location, you’ll feel like a valued customer.”

“the gas is a good price, plenty of parking. New carts. I've found that veggies and meats are fresh and reasonably priced. The folks offering samples are typically helpful. Deli staff has always been good. I've never ordered from the bakery so I have no review of that. The car maintain staff are not the friendliest but they got the work done well. They were mostly aggravated with people coming in with no appointment. I guess they need to let people know that they aren't staffed for drop in business. Service desk has always been pleasant to deal with. I've not used their eye glass service so I cannot review that.”

“I recently needed a new battery for the wife's SUV. After getting the run-around by the dealer, I decided to try an area franchise specialist; NTB. I'm glad I did. I called first and spoke to the manager, Leo. I told Leo my issue and asked if he could accommodate me later that afternoon. He was clear, and said that he had me covered if I could make it by a certain time. Once I arrived, he remembered speaking with me and was prepared to start on my vehicle ASAP. He and his team of auto technicians were quick and thorough. They brought me out to review their work to ensure that everything met my satisfaction. I felt so good about the professionalism and quality of service that I requested that they schedule me for other maintenance items. Leo reviewed the vehicle's mileage and condition then informed me that my request was unnecessary at this time. He informed me that I had another 30K miles to go before I consider that type of service. I thought, WOW! These guys are good and honest! You know that feeling that you get when you leave Chick-fil-A. Well this was similar. This shop is well managed, customer service was fantastic, and the price was better than fair. Please don't hesitate to use NTB of Waldorf. Ask for Leo and tell him that you heard great things. Recommendation Level - Very High”
