“My daughter had a deer run out in front of her and she couldn’t stop in time. The front end of her car was a mess. Joe got her car in immediately and began the process of getting insurance to cover things. Our insurance tried to low ball his estimate several times but he fought back and got the job done right. It took a little extra time but it was so worth it. When we picked up her car it looked like it did the day she drove it off the lot brand new. I will bring all my auto body issues to him from this point on. He will fight any insurance company to make sure you don’t have to!”

“I was referred to Nationwide by Waldorf Honda. My precious Pilot was losing air in the tire and no puncture was found. Spoke to the rep Danny, very nice, he explained I would either need to leave the rim or come back as it may need to be welded. Understandably he agreed to put my spare tire and work on the rim. I returned the next evening to have my repaired rim reinstalled. Very fair price and excellent service. This has been two weeks ago and I have not needed to stop to put air in my tire. What a relief! “I was driving to Leonardtown, MD this past very rainy Saturday morning to pick up a new puppy and had a small pickup window. 30 minutes before my destination the passenger side windshield wiper intermittently started to act up and wasn't returning all the way back down. This interfered with the driver's side wiper and the driver's side wiper flew off. I was able to locate an Auto Zone, get a new wiper and proceed. Less than a minute down the road the passenger side wiper locked up with the driver's side wiper and I realized I needed to find a Jeep dealer. Luckily, DARCARS Jeep in Waldorf was only 4 minutes away and I was able to get there safely. I pulled into the service lane and before I was out of my Jeep, the gentleman inside had come out to see how I was and how they could help me. I explained the situation, the schedule I was on, and asked, was there any way someone could look at the vehicle, and stop the passenger side wiper from interfering. He went to check in the service area and came back with a service technician. The technician went right to work on the wipers, and within 5 minutes had determined the issue, tightened the bolts on the wipers and put on the passenger side wiper that I had to remove to get there and we were ready to go. I cannot fully express how impressed I am with the service I received that day, the kindness and willingness to help, the speed with which the issue was resolved; they made a very unpleasant and stressful situation completely melt away. It is the best experience I have ever had with servicing a vehicle. I went inside to speak to the general manager, to explain how wonderful my experience had been and how impressed I was with the service department. She was equally delightful to speak to and I cannot express how appreciative I am for everything that they all did to help me out that day. We were able to get back on the road, and make it in time to pick up our new puppy, and had the peace of mind knowing that the 2-hour drive home would be a safe one.
