“I recently needed a new battery for the wife's SUV. After getting the run-around by the dealer, I decided to try an area franchise specialist; NTB. I'm glad I did. I called first and spoke to the manager, Leo. I told Leo my issue and asked if he could accommodate me later that afternoon. He was clear, and said that he had me covered if I could make it by a certain time. Once I arrived, he remembered speaking with me and was prepared to start on my vehicle ASAP. He and his team of auto technicians were quick and thorough. They brought me out to review their work to ensure that everything met my satisfaction. I felt so good about the professionalism and quality of service that I requested that they schedule me for other maintenance items. Leo reviewed the vehicle's mileage and condition then informed me that my request was unnecessary at this time. He informed me that I had another 30K miles to go before I consider that type of service. I thought, WOW! These guys are good and honest! You know that feeling that you get when you leave Chick-fil-A. Well this was similar. This shop is well managed, customer service was fantastic, and the price was better than fair. “From the start owner Steven had my best interest rather than trying to gouge me for my repair or “ghost” repairs that appeared from thin air. Just what the issue was that I brought the car in for and how I can save even more by providing guidance on a brand new free battery. He was knowledgeable and had my vehicle out and diagnosed less than 24 hours AND they were very busy. I ended up only paying for a small repair caused by my battery and was able to get a new one no charge. “While mowing, my bf accidentally broke out the small venting window on a 2001 conversion van. After looking online, going to junkyards and trying to find a replacement by going to so many places, I finally came here and they were able to replace the window. I'm absolutely upset I didn't get the gentleman's name who did it, but he custom built this window and had it installed same day. He was so nice and knowledgeable. Front staff ladies were very nice and kind. I'd definitely recommend this place if you need anything like this.”

“I went to Nissan for a diagnosis because I was hearing a very loud noise. The cause of the noise was the wheel bearing. I was told I would need to replace 2 wheel bearings immediately to fix the cabin noise and replace the other 2 soon. I was told if one is going out the others will go out soon.Boswell did there own diagnostic and suggested I replace one wheel bearing and did so at nearly 50% of the cost and fixed my cabin noise.I would suggest this company to anyone looking for an honest diagnostic on there vehicle and fair pricing!Awesome Shop!
