“Tarik took care of everything during my visit. My first time to this location and I was a walk-in. My information was already in the system from a previous location years ago. Check in was fast and easy. I needed all 4 tires pressure checked and sensors. My sensor light was on. I also needed a battery test. I was estimated 1 hr wait and they stayed close that time frame even with having to replace my start/stop battery. I was grateful everything was taken care of and I didn't have to keep starring at the annoying light on my dashboard which was supposed to be resolved at a prior oil change at another place. Thanks Tarik. I'll definitely come again if I need anything.”

“I recently needed a new battery for the wife's SUV. After getting the run-around by the dealer, I decided to try an area franchise specialist; NTB. I'm glad I did. I called first and spoke to the manager, Leo. I told Leo my issue and asked if he could accommodate me later that afternoon. He was clear, and said that he had me covered if I could make it by a certain time. Once I arrived, he remembered speaking with me and was prepared to start on my vehicle ASAP. He and his team of auto technicians were quick and thorough. They brought me out to review their work to ensure that everything met my satisfaction. I felt so good about the professionalism and quality of service that I requested that they schedule me for other maintenance items. Leo reviewed the vehicle's mileage and condition then informed me that my request was unnecessary at this time. He informed me that I had another 30K miles to go before I consider that type of service. I thought, WOW! These guys are good and honest! You know that feeling that you get when you leave Chick-fil-A. Well this was similar. This shop is well managed, customer service was fantastic, and the price was better than fair. Please don't hesitate to use NTB of Waldorf. Ask for Leo and tell him that you heard great things. Recommendation Level - Very High”

I initially wanted some Michelins but he suggested Continentals which turned out to be cheaper. Very clean store and easy to get to. The lady he spoke with on the phone before he arrived was sooo helpful and uber friendly. The desired tires were in stock so we headed their way.Once we arrived we were greeted and helped immediately. We asked if we could see the tire (Sumitomo High Performance, HRT All-Season) and we were told we definitely could. Once we made our way to the warehouse and inspected the tires we decided to go ahead with the purchase, as we were pleased that they would suffice. My friend has rims on his car, so he said the low profile was great.With the government discount (15%), a full set was $428.05....not bad at all! Definitely worth the money, plus they are great, high quality tires. You won't be disappointed at this venue.Thanks for the awesome customer service and quality products!!! “After going to pep boys two days in a row of messy service and then the inability to install a tire, I came here and the guys put my tires on with the quickness. They don't speak much English, but the know how to do a simple task of putting on brand new Pirelli tires on my Suburban. They are not as cheap as pep boys. So $120 for all 4 installed, balanced and tire disposal, versus $87. But what cost me in a few dollars is knowing my tires on put on by professional mom and pop mechanics that know what they are doing. Don't let the outside fool you and the big names get you, support local.”

I went in for an oil change & for what I thought was a leaking tire, I was certain that I'd either have to pay for a tire repair or worst case, the purchase of a whole new tire. The gentleman told me there was no leak and that the low pressure could've been the results of cold weather. I realize, a less than honest service-tech would've tried to make me buy a new tire. “Upon referral, I took my car here for an alignment on a Saturday morning. The owner/manager was super nice and knowledgeable and my car was serviced right away. It was put on an electronic alignment machine and it was completed in less than an hour. I went back and told the gentleman (not the owner/manager) who did the alignment it was still pulling and I had to make the car steer straight. He called me a "liar" and was very rude to me, saying I did something to the car. He performed another alignment to fix the problem and returned the car to me when done. However, when driving off, the car still pulled and I still had to make the car steer straight. Rather than go back, I called my mechanic and he referred me to his alignment person. I went right away and it was done. My car drive like its brand new. He said even though it might have been done twice by Temple Hills Tire & Auto, the person obviously did not know what they were doing. Beware!”

“This Costco has an excellent variety of high end/name brand products. The store is clean and the employees are friendly and helpful. I always look forward to shopping here and can't wait to see what's new:) The only negative is the gas pumps. They usually have really long lines and it can take 15-20 minutes just to get gas. I usually pass and fill the tank elsewhere.”
