“I recently needed a new battery for the wife's SUV. After getting the run-around by the dealer, I decided to try an area franchise specialist; NTB. I'm glad I did. I called first and spoke to the manager, Leo. I told Leo my issue and asked if he could accommodate me later that afternoon. He was clear, and said that he had me covered if I could make it by a certain time. Once I arrived, he remembered speaking with me and was prepared to start on my vehicle ASAP. He and his team of auto technicians were quick and thorough. They brought me out to review their work to ensure that everything met my satisfaction. I felt so good about the professionalism and quality of service that I requested that they schedule me for other maintenance items. Leo reviewed the vehicle's mileage and condition then informed me that my request was unnecessary at this time. He informed me that I had another 30K miles to go before I consider that type of service. I thought, WOW! These guys are good and honest! You know that feeling that you get when you leave Chick-fil-A. Well this was similar. This shop is well managed, customer service was fantastic, and the price was better than fair. Please don't hesitate to use NTB of Waldorf. Ask for Leo and tell him that you heard great things. Recommendation Level - Very High”

The lady he spoke with on the phone before he arrived was sooo helpful and uber friendly. The desired tires were in stock so we headed their way.Once we arrived we were greeted and helped immediately. We asked if we could see the tire (Sumitomo High Performance, HRT All-Season) and we were told we definitely could. Once we made our way to the warehouse and inspected the tires we decided to go ahead with the purchase, as we were pleased that they would suffice. My friend has rims on his car, so he said the low profile was great.With the government discount (15%), a full set was $428.05....not bad at all! “When I say all the individuals at McGhee’s Auto are my people they are part of my soul tribe (smile). They have never made me pay for something I did not need. I have been in at times thinking I needed a certain service, they have check to make sure that is what I needed first. They are honest and down to earth. I have been to mechanic shops and they will charge me for something I don’t need or add on extra services. “I came on a Saturday morning before taking a quick trip out of town. My first mistake was coming on a Saturday morning lol and thinking I'm gonna be in and out. I arrived around 10:45 and I think I waited almost 45 minutes until they started on me. I requested the Full Service Synthetic oil change. Once I was in they were finished in about 15 minutes. I like how they don't push services on you. And only tell you what you really need done. I didn't need anything but I appreciate them communicating things to look out for and that I can come back after 1000 miles to check the level of my oil. Of course they charge you for oil, but the fact they will do that in between services is good to know. This was my second time, and I definitely will come back for the convenience. I will definitely choose to come earlier next time. Great service and great customer service!”
