“While much of retail is now online, shopping for shoes and sneakers still is best done in person. There is no better place than RnJ. Incredibly knowledgeable, it was perhaps the best informed experience I’ve ever had. Felt like having personal time with a podiatrist or trainer. Truly exceptional in every way. Couldn’t recommend more highly.Footnote: I used to wear NB990’s for well over the past decade as a distance walker. After spending time and recommendations by staff, switched to the Hoka, Gaviota-4. Truly spectacular!”

“I visited American Eagle at Montgomery Mall with my daughter. Was very impressed with the staff and their efforts to be helpful, which one doesn't always experience at clothing stores in the area. In particular, the sales woman named Kayezel was extremely enthusiastic and willing to offer assistance - greeting us when we walked in, offering to assist, and helping us find items in different sizes. With respect to staff, our experience today was 5 stars. I'm giving the store 4 because I think the clothing is extremely overpriced for what it is.”

“It was a wonderful experience being there only because of Kevin who is a footwear expert from Texas.We were only planning to get a pair of shoes. Because of him we ended up getting 3 pairs and the reason being he is so knowledgeable. He spent time in making us understand the science behind picking the right shoes for our feet and we were amazed by the way he spoke about every detail about the types of shoes Under Armour is bringing out.I wish there were more people like him in the stores to educate the customers. He was simply impressive!!”

“I usually shop on line because I can't deal with the lines and rudeness at most stores. however, I decided to save myself shipping costs and make my return in store last night. I have to say, the service was great. i didn't have all the paperwork needed but the counter woman easily looked it up online and made the return quickly and pleasantly.on a side note - I've only recently begun shopping at BR and don't really understand their sales model. they only seem to have a few items in the store - not even a complete size range so I assume that most the their sales are online. and they have a strange sales cycle. they keep reducing prices so that I end up returning items before they are worn simply to exchange them for the same thing 2 weeks later at 20% less. I was in making my 3rd round of returning the same dress last night - but I've saved over 70% off the original price so I figured it was wiorth it. just a strange way of doing things”

“We came here to just look around and was impressed with how the clean the store looked and the overall friendliness of the staff. The selection of shoes here were a bit different than the other stores which was nice because it seemed everyone had the same styles so this made it stand out. I really liked the fresh look of the wall of style shoes, just made it seem to pop a bit more. Definitely would come back here.”

“I love shopping at Lululemon for myself and my husband. My husband particularly enjoys their clothes and I stick to mostly their accessories. I needed a new work bag and already searched through the website so I knew exactly the one I wanted. Walked in on a weekday afternoon, the backpacks were right by the register. I was able to find the one I wanted pretty quickly and checked out just as fast. The cashier was amazed at my commitment but what she didn't know is if I did browse, I would spend way too much money. The cashier was very personable and polite. I want to say her name was Angela but I could be wrong.”

“Great selection of kicks and clothes with nice, knowledgeable staff to help you out. While I was here I was informed of sales on the type of footwear I was interested in. I found a pair I liked that happened to be out if stock, so the staff helped look up online stock and offered to order it for me. I will definitely be returning for more business in the future.”
