“The Bethesda location has STUNNING staff. I came in yesterday, not even really to buy just to look, and I was helped by Elizabeth (Liz). She was so nice, pleasant, and conversational. She stayed with me while I looked around, making small talk, and I kept talking about how amazing the store smelled. I ended up buying a diffuser. While we chatted, there was a nice gentlemen steaming the clothes. This store not only has phenomenal staff, but the clothes are well cared for and everything is sparkling clean.For a store to look THAT clean on a Saturday…the staff surely works hard. Thanks, Liz! My home smells great now.”

“I'll be honest, I have never been in a Vineyard Vines before but I needed a size exchange for a Christmas gift I received. I truly hope all of their customer service was as good as Erol provided. (My bad on the spelling of your name, dude!) He ran me through my options in the shop. When they didn't work out since the shirt I had was out of stock at this location, he walked me through the very seamless way to get my size online. It was one of the easiest exchanges I have experienced. I was impressed with everything in my visit. Too bad I was in a rush so I couldn't shop a bit.”

“Highly recommend this store and the company. The clothing feels premium and the fittings are simple. Tops are either regular fit or slim fit and the pants/shorts are straight fit(slim) or relaxed fit where the ankle is less tapered. So no matter what top or bottom you get, they are exactly the same fit. If you buy $300 dollars worth you get I think 20% or 25% discount and a 25% military discount. They have a myID 25% military discount for online purchases. The customer service was impeccable and you really felt welcomed!”

“I make it a point to write positive reviews where warranted because I am a retail manager and have seen first hand truly outstanding service go unrecognized, yet let the customer experience the smallest thing they don't like and they are quick to stop everything to write a bad review on Google or Yelp.This is not type of store that I normally shop at, nor my style, but they do have things that I like from time to time. More important, they have some wonderful staff members who make great suggestions and are very welcoming. One staff member in particular is a huge reason for many repeat customers, including myself, my staff members, other mall workers and customers off the street. His name is Mark and he is the main reason I choose to shop in the store. His customer service, personality, attention to the customers needs, ability to listen and commitment to providing the best service is something that is unfortunately missing in many retail locations these days. I've sent many of my own customers to the store and told them to ask for him and they have thanked me for the referral. If I had an open position, I would recruit him immediately. I even introduced him to my District Manager who wanted to find a position for him in one of our locations.If you make it to Montgomery Mall and plan to shop at Aeropostale, ask for Mark. We have reviewed studies at my own brand that revealed that people want to be serviced by individuals, not cookie cutter, uniform wearing staff members and his look makes him stand out in a positive way. The store manager must be commended for making the decision to hire this young man and nurture him in his role because he represents gold standard service, dedication and work ethic.”

“This location really is amazing. Ive frequented the Forever 21 in Montgomery Mall for the past 2 years. Every time I visit the store, what stands out is how clean and organized it is. The store is pretty big and has a large selection of clothing and accessory items for all different fashion tastes. I always am able to leave the store with an affordable new full outfit, piece or accessory. The staff at this location are all very helpful. I’ve never had a bad experience. Every time I go into the store they are working to make the experience an easygoing one - always organizing and ready to assist me whether it’s with finding a particular item or size. I’ve had the opportunity to meet Joshua, who is amazing and clearly keeps everything running smoothly. This location is definitely the best in the area.”

“It was a wonderful experience being there only because of Kevin who is a footwear expert from Texas.We were only planning to get a pair of shoes. Because of him we ended up getting 3 pairs and the reason being he is so knowledgeable. He spent time in making us understand the science behind picking the right shoes for our feet and we were amazed by the way he spoke about every detail about the types of shoes Under Armour is bringing out.I wish there were more people like him in the stores to educate the customers. “I love shopping at Lululemon for myself and my husband. My husband particularly enjoys their clothes and I stick to mostly their accessories. I needed a new work bag and already searched through the website so I knew exactly the one I wanted. Walked in on a weekday afternoon, the backpacks were right by the register. I was able to find the one I wanted pretty quickly and checked out just as fast. The cashier was amazed at my commitment but what she didn't know is if I did browse, I would spend way too much money. The cashier was very personable and polite. I want to say her name was Angela but I could be wrong.”

“My son was looking for a suit for a wedding and we ended up (stressed after a bad experience in another store) at Macy's in Montgomery Mall. We were greeted by Mr Innocence who guided my son through the struggles to find a fitting suit, shirt and tie. Mr innocence was professional, patient and incredibly kind, showing no signs of rushing despite a busy time in the store. Just by eye measurements he suggested the right sizes and he listened to what my son was looking for. A very pleasant, professional experience!”

“I love the Gap clothing style and brand. It is really cute and is well made. In fact, today, I went in looking for a velvet top and bottom for myself. But, alas, they did not have my size. So, I wandered over to the children's section. That is dangerous territory for a grandparent. The clothes were so cute that I couldn't help myself. I bought 3 tops and 2 pairs of pants for my granddaughter. The salesperson was as nice as could be. I had to update some information on my account and she was very patient and kind. The store was easy to maneuver and not crowded. Now, I can't wait to see these new clothes on my granddaughter. They include a gift receipt in case of any problems with sizes. So, it can easily be exchanged.”

“I recently purchased jeans from Express.com and I ended up getting the wrong ones in the mail. The sale was too good to ignore. I mean $25 good! That's better than Black Friday prices. I came into the store to do an exchange/return. They didn't have the one I had ordered online, but I was able to exchange for something else and at the price I paid online. These jeans were $88 originally! The sales associate (wish I got her name) walked around with me to help me pick out a new pair. Thank you for being so helpful! I really can't complain about anything! The store was well stocked and had a nice clearance section. If I didn't have dinner plans I would definitely looked around. I'm sure I would have found something. I'll be back soon.”

We had a bridal party of six men to fit for a wedding and the manager (Jennifer) and her team took the best care of us, taking the time to not only take measurements for six men but also to help with styling suggestions. I will always go back to this store for as long as possible. I've been there more than once. If they're helping other customers you have to be patient and WAIT as each person needs time from store reps. Be patient and you'll leave there with the best care and attention.
