“The Bethesda location has STUNNING staff. I came in yesterday, not even really to buy just to look, and I was helped by Elizabeth (Liz). She was so nice, pleasant, and conversational. She stayed with me while I looked around, making small talk, and I kept talking about how amazing the store smelled. I ended up buying a diffuser. While we chatted, there was a nice gentlemen steaming the clothes. This store not only has phenomenal staff, but the clothes are well cared for and everything is sparkling clean.For a store to look THAT clean on a Saturday…the staff surely works hard. Thanks, Liz! “Highly recommend this store and the company. The clothing feels premium and the fittings are simple. Tops are either regular fit or slim fit and the pants/shorts are straight fit(slim) or relaxed fit where the ankle is less tapered. So no matter what top or bottom you get, they are exactly the same fit. If you buy $300 dollars worth you get I think 20% or 25% discount and a 25% military discount. They have a myID 25% military discount for online purchases. The customer service was impeccable and you really felt welcomed!”

“This location really is amazing. Ive frequented the Forever 21 in Montgomery Mall for the past 2 years. Every time I visit the store, what stands out is how clean and organized it is. The store is pretty big and has a large selection of clothing and accessory items for all different fashion tastes. I always am able to leave the store with an affordable new full outfit, piece or accessory. The staff at this location are all very helpful. I’ve never had a bad experience. Every time I go into the store they are working to make the experience an easygoing one - always organizing and ready to assist me whether it’s with finding a particular item or size. I’ve had the opportunity to meet Joshua, who is amazing and clearly keeps everything running smoothly. This location is definitely the best in the area.”

“Ok sorry for the TMI review. I'm kinda bored with Vicki's Secret. Same Ole same Ole since I was a teen. So my co worker, had told me of Somas. And I should give them a try. I love cool n sexy undies but I dislike undies with a thick elastic band cuz they fall apart after drying. I like undies that don't look like I'm wearing a sling shot or a parachute. I love cotton undies that are light yet durable. This is the place. They are more experienced but worth it.I love how sales associates aren't like swarming bees asking if I need help. I'm just happy they are around if I need assistance. Bras are comfy!! Yassss!! Im telling yall. It's worth it!! I got bra fitted come to find out I was wearing the wrong size. Yall need to check this place!”

“I make it a point to write positive reviews where warranted because I am a retail manager and have seen first hand truly outstanding service go unrecognized, yet let the customer experience the smallest thing they don't like and they are quick to stop everything to write a bad review on Google or Yelp.This is not type of store that I normally shop at, nor my style, but they do have things that I like from time to time. More important, they have some wonderful staff members who make great suggestions and are very welcoming. One staff member in particular is a huge reason for many repeat customers, including myself, my staff members, other mall workers and customers off the street. His name is Mark and he is the main reason I choose to shop in the store. His customer service, personality, attention to the customers needs, ability to listen and commitment to providing the best service is something that is unfortunately missing in many retail locations these days. I've sent many of my own customers to the store and told them to ask for him and they have thanked me for the referral. If I had an open position, I would recruit him immediately. I even introduced him to my District Manager who wanted to find a position for him in one of our locations.If you make it to Montgomery Mall and plan to shop at Aeropostale, ask for Mark. We have reviewed studies at my own brand that revealed that people want to be serviced by individuals, not cookie cutter, uniform wearing staff members and his look makes him stand out in a positive way. The store manager must be commended for making the decision to hire this young man and nurture him in his role because he represents gold standard service, dedication and work ethic.”

“I've been shopping here for over 10 years. Never encountered a snooty salesperson. To the contrary, it's one of the few stores I've been in where they help you build your outfits, bring clothes that will fit you better, etc. the prices are high- but not higher than other store for the same brand. I've moved out of town and miss it! One of the first places I go when I'm back in town.”

“My friend has a important interview that she found out about last second and didn’t have and clothes for it. We had been going from store to store with little luck to a fit that looked nice on her. In the past I have been to Ann Taylor’s with my mom for business clothing so I recommended it to her. We arrived at the store 15 minutes to close and from the start of our experience Amy greeted us was very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable about the styles available. My friend was able to find the pants that look amazing on her body shape and made her feel confident and ready for her interview and we can’t thank Amy enough her help and patience since we ended being in the store past closing time. Excellent location friendly staff will be returning. Huge kudos to Amy!!”

(I'm more fit and toned, have way more strength than a year ago, I'm more flexible, and got rid of my back pain!!)The instructors are so helpful, friendly, encouraging, inspiring and always want you to have the best time, and to do your best with the utmost kindness and care. They push you, correct your posture, and ensure that you are doing the movements correctly for the best results and to take care of yourself. Renee (the owner) has been so amazing with being flexible and helpful with my subscription when I'm out of county for longer period of times and has been willing to work with me through payments and freezing my subscription when needed.On top of the incredible people who work here, all the people who go here are so nice, and it feels like a small, supportive community everytime. “I stopped by today to have my young daughter's bracelet fixed. The owner was as friendly and honest as they come. Most of the bracelet links are beat up, he could have easily upsold me on replacing the entire bracelet but retain the name plaque like I suggested. He said that was not necessary since it was well made. A few minutes and a few bucks later I was out the door. I'm new to the area so I'm still finding all my go to's, this is now one of them!”

We were greeted by Mr Innocence who guided my son through the struggles to find a fitting suit, shirt and tie. Mr innocence was professional, patient and incredibly kind, showing no signs of rushing despite a busy time in the store. Just by eye measurements he suggested the right sizes and he listened to what my son was looking for. A very pleasant, professional experience!”
