“The Manager, Cici was amazing. We had a large order of 11 shoes. They did not have any of the shoes in store. She was the only one at the register but she managed to take care of walking in customers while also looking up the orders for us. She was able to order all the shoes and ship it for us. All along she had a friendly and positive attitude towards us. The shoes were for a mission trip in Dominican Republic and those individuals receiving the shoes are going to be very happy. Thank you Cici for your positive vibes and friendly customer service. You made this experience very seamless.”

“We were finally at the end of our shoe shopping experience. We ended it in Silver Spring with hope that we would have better luck than the mall stores. We didn't have any better luck, but we did have a better experience.I am not accustomed to seeing stores like this just along a main street setting. I am so used to seeing it in a mall or structured shopping center. But to see it on what is basically a main street through a town was odd. Yes, it is commercial on this street, but It is still a street that feels part of a neighborhood.Even though we were in a well put together store and one that was much larger feeling in size, we did not have any luck in finding the shoes we were looking for. I was happy to see that this location was not as packed as all the other stores we had gone to previously. We actually had room to not only walk about the store, but to browse without being pushed with the sea of people shopping.Customer service was almost non-existent. But we were kind of experts at that point in figuring out what we needed after the day we had had. After a quick check of all the items in house, we made our exit.”

“@NateChap that store has policy that requires ID to purchase with credit. I’ve had to purchase with ID when using a credit card. Also it’s a small store you can keep an eye on customers.”
