“I visited this location this week and was pleasantly surprised by how nice it is inside. There was one girl doing a ton of work, I saw her doing multiple tasks with inventory and running the register all by herself, I believe her name was Kat or Kathy maybe?. She was STILL extremely pleasant and helpful and even took time to explain the benefits of the store card. “I came in around 1 pm today. And I had the absolute best experience I’ve ever had while shopping. Today was my first day buying clothes for myself after having a baby. The two amazing ladies that were working gave me great advice, and picked out outfits they thought would look good! “My husband and I were looking for tables and chairs for the finished barn. We were met by Charles when we walked in. Charles was very courteous and knowledgeable with our questions. We never felt pressured to purchase before we left to think about and continue shopping for the tables and chairs. We ended up purchasing the tables and chairs through a phone call which saved us time going back out to the West Des Moines store. Great shopping experience at this store! We will be back!”

“First off, the store is very clean. Which I would expect when you are going to be in physical contact with the product. Not all places make this happen. "HMakers" has some obviously used beds on display. There was no way I'm laying on those. Fortunately, at Sleep Number each bed looks and feels brand new. The store is also well lit and fresh looking. Our salesperson Ilka was great to work with. She was very pleasant and zero push. Ilka also answered all our questions and showed us each option we requested. She was great explaining everything and left no worries in our purchase. This made our experience exceptional. She provided us with prices and we went on to other stores just to peruse the options. They just didn't measure up to the Sleep Number or Ilka. We returned and purchased a p6 with Smart Base. No regrets in the purchase and can't wait for our bed to arrive.”
