“First off, the store is very clean. Which I would expect when you are going to be in physical contact with the product. Not all places make this happen. "HMakers" has some obviously used beds on display. There was no way I'm laying on those. Fortunately, at Sleep Number each bed looks and feels brand new. The store is also well lit and fresh looking. Our salesperson Ilka was great to work with. She was very pleasant and zero push. Ilka also answered all our questions and showed us each option we requested. She was great explaining everything and left no worries in our purchase. This made our experience exceptional. She provided us with prices and we went on to other stores just to peruse the options. They just didn't measure up to the Sleep Number or Ilka. We returned and purchased a p6 with Smart Base. No regrets in the purchase and can't wait for our bed to arrive.”

We never felt pressured to purchase before we left to think about and continue shopping for the tables and chairs. We ended up purchasing the tables and chairs through a phone call which saved us time going back out to the West Des Moines store. Great shopping experience at this store! We will be back!”
