“One jewelry store I went to, wanted $200 to send my ring back and get it fixed… for simple replant! It wasn’t till I was recommended this store, that I really went in hesitant. And left speechless! I presented the guy running the store, my promise ring, and instead of charging me an outrageous amount, he didn’t even charge me! Superb customer service! My ring was adjusted and I’m a happy customer!”

“I got an antique engagement ring and was searching high and low for my dream wedding band but on a budget. We went in just to window shop as soon as they opened. We were greeted very fast and kindly by the sales lady. She was very kind and didn’t seem bothered one bit that we came in as soon as they opened the gate or that I wanted to try on all my options atleast once ?.We found so many options in our price range and ended up purchasing both wedding bands same day! “An absolutely beautiful store, it’s a little on the small scale, but still many styles to view in store. There are very limited choices in sizes 12 and up, and rarely a chance to score anything on the sales rack in larger. I had taken a couple of items into the dressing room, and a sales person came and took them away from me, saying a customer had called and wanted to try the items on, even though I already had them, they still took them away from me, which I found rather rude. The manager will hold merchandise for you, if you are unsure of your decisions, while a couple of the sales staff will refuse. I’m usually treated warmly, and helped by staff in the dressing rooms, unless there are other customers present , who are trying on a larger amount, or higher priced merchandise, and so it comes across as you are of least importance, and go unnoticed.I’m a Platinum member, and a frequent shopper, so I do spend a fair amount of money in there. I love the clothing, so I tend to not let being overlooked get to me.I feel as though they dislike me, and don’t want to help me, because they don’t like the way I look, and are possibly disgusted by me. There is is an older staff member, and a young staff member who treat me well, no matter how I look at so I adore them, and they melt my heart. I hope for them when I go in.Another thing I disliked during this visit, was when a much older lady, got on to a new, and much younger staff member in front of me, and not privately, she’s a sweet girl, and didn’t deserve that.”

“Stopped by the Jordan creek location today for a cleaning and the store manager Yuki really went above and beyond for us. She noticed a loose stone on my husbands ring and suggested sending it in so we wouldn’t lose it later. She took the extra time to really inspect our rings and help us today. She was a delight to be around. I can’t recommend this location enough. They’re always super helpful and so genuine.”

“First time going here. Was very pleased with our experience. Our daughter was quite scared of getting her ears pierced. She wanted it done but when we got there she started to change her mind. The lady working there was so good with our daughter. She made her feel comfortable and was able to get the piercing done. She is so happy now. They had so many styles to choose from for starter ear rings. Would definitely recommend this place for children's ear piercing.”
