“My first time shopping at Chico’s was very positive. The ladies working on Friday evening were kind and accommodating, letting me finish trying on my clothing after closing which was so appreciated. It was the last store I tried for the day looking for a perfect outfit and I found it there. I believe the store is marketed to a slightly older generation but as a millennial I really liked the styles. And I love their sizing system. How nice to be a size 1 again!”

“I was BLOWN AWAY by the customer service here! The ladies working 8/18/23 saw I was carrying clothes to try on, politely came to me and took the clothes so I wasn’t carrying them around, and reserved me a dressing room. With perfect timing, they asked if they could grab me any other sizes. The other stores I visited before don’t even compete with how I was treated here. “Spencer's was so cool when I was a teenager in the 90's. Can't say that I've been too much as of late. But going there recently was nice they still have so much one off stuff you can't find anywhere else and the 90's are still very much alive in that store. But with a mix of today's styles as well. If you haven't been in awhile and your teenage years were some time ago then I suggest you go and take a trip down memory lane.”

“An absolutely beautiful store, it’s a little on the small scale, but still many styles to view in store. There are very limited choices in sizes 12 and up, and rarely a chance to score anything on the sales rack in larger. I had taken a couple of items into the dressing room, and a sales person came and took them away from me, saying a customer had called and wanted to try the items on, even though I already had them, they still took them away from me, which I found rather rude. The manager will hold merchandise for you, if you are unsure of your decisions, while a couple of the sales staff will refuse. I’m usually treated warmly, and helped by staff in the dressing rooms, unless there are other customers present , who are trying on a larger amount, or higher priced merchandise, and so it comes across as you are of least importance, and go unnoticed.I’m a Platinum member, and a frequent shopper, so I do spend a fair amount of money in there. I love the clothing, so I tend to not let being overlooked get to me.I feel as though they dislike me, and don’t want to help me, because they don’t like the way I look, and are possibly disgusted by me. There is is an older staff member, and a young staff member who treat me well, no matter how I look at so I adore them, and they melt my heart. I hope for them when I go in.Another thing I disliked during this visit, was when a much older lady, got on to a new, and much younger staff member in front of me, and not privately, she’s a sweet girl, and didn’t deserve that.”

I made sure to call ahead of time to check that I could return online orders in store. The gal who answered the phone was so nice and energized, she listened to me completely and let me know what I would need to bring for an in store return. I ended up having the same gal I spoke to over the phone return my items in store for me. She was even more pleasant in person than over the phone. In my opinion, she excels at customer service and is an asset to this Express - Jordan Creek location. Thank you for making my experience amazing!”
