“Could not adore this shop more! From its entire aesthetic to the thoughtfully curated products. The owner, Jamie Nicolino has such a passion for the planet and community and it shines within their shop’s walls! We are so lucky to have a bulk refillery in Des Moines and someone like Jamie inspiring our community to move towards more sustainability! My fav products I’ve purchased are the shower steamers, locally made glass straws, Iowa made soaps & shampoo/conditioner bars, and the tangerine Clove soap in the bulk refill section may be my fav hand soap I’ve ever used! Smells lovely and leaves my hands feeling so clean but not dry. Definitely a shop to checkout! Highland Park is lucky to have them!”

“Man, what a cool store! This was one of things we absolutely had to do while in Des Moines. The store has two levels and both have a lot of really fun vintage stuff to look at. There is everything from trinkets, clothes, dishware, magnets, and everything else you can think of. They even had free wine on the day we went, what a treat! We really enjoyed walking around this store and ended up getting a set of Korean made coasters! We did use the vintage vending machine for a mystery prize too. Overall, this is such a fun store to walk around and look at things. The prices were pretty reasonably for pretty much everything too. All of the staff were super friendly as well!”

“Man, what a cool freaking store! We stopped in here on our last day of our weekend trip to Des Moines and loved shopping around the store. We ended up with a a few Christmas presents (coozies, magnets) and grabbed one of their mystery bags! The mystery bag had two shirts, and some other fun goodies for a really great price. The store has a ton of shirts, stickers, magnets, coozies, stationary, and everything else you can think of. They have one of the bigger selections I've seen of specifically targeted merchandise: shirts for librarians, San Francisco 49ers fans, and even Kansas City stuff! The store has a ton of options for people of all backgrounds and is very inclusive. Such a great store, great message, and great company. Can't wait to come back!”

“I love this store. So many cute cards and pins and art. My only problem is how expensive it is. I know it's all local, but everything is like 15% more than I'd like. I'd buy the whole damn store if it was just a little cheaper, or if they had deals on things, like a buy-two-get-one or something like that. Beautiful store, I'm just poor.”

“She, is one amazing boutique in the East Village location of Des Moines. The two owners are amazing as well, with exceptional customer service, very open, the eye for detail is out of this world. She, literally has items you can't buy anywhere. I truly love stopping bye just to speak and even shop. It's the holiday season, they have their Christmas display and seasonal merchandise up. The store is amazing, I suggest you take some time and check them out. The Holiday Promenade starts this Friday, it will be spectacular ? ?? ? ? ?? ?”

“I got my ears pierced at Claire’s, And it was great the lady was nice and she talked me through what it would feel like she said it would barely hurt. She was right! My ears haven’t gotten infected once.. And they have been pierced for 3 months!!! So Claires thank you!!”

“The clothes are cheap however the store is always a mess. Also, there are hardly any nice or business casual clothes, and most of them look like they are for teenagers. Find some shirts that aren't cropped or don't have buggs bunny on them”

The people there have always bent over backwards to help me, and I go in there often. Its' just a gorgeous store and grateful to have them here to keep us STYLIN' in Des Moines and the region.”
