A few hours later I went back with my mom and sister for their trade-ins and Mirza was super helpful with them as well and even stayed after close to finish up their phones. Everyone had problems and she patiently helped them. You are lucky to have such a great person representing ATT. I will find Isabel when I need to get new phones or services. And. The person I was talking to via customer service was extremely confused thinking I was adding a line not transferring my service. “If you need a new phone, an upgrade, to switch phones, or anything I highly recommend you go see Arturo in Wauconda, he's the best!! First, I verified with boost customer service that I could upgrade to a specific phone and keep my plan. So I went to the Mchenry store and the man said I could not do that. After about 15 minutes of arguing that I had already spoke to customer service, he told me that he was on the phone with customer service himself and that I had to change my plan, and if I didn't then he couldn't sell me ANY phone. I went to Wauconda, told Arturo what phone I wanted, and he had that new phone activated, everything switched from my old phone, and ready to go within 10 minutes and I kept my plan. Great customer service!”
