Everyone is so friendly, the bathrooms are clean every time we come in and the seasonal displays are so fun! The recent changes to the toy department make it so much easier to push a stroller around and my kids love it!”

“Always great with exchange or return of items in case item doesn't fit gift,great variety great clearance and Candles,only 2 bad experience I trying exchange a 12$ candle that only burned 2 days burnt middle only previously,bought same it burned evenly all way down lasting 2months,I'm disabled unable to drive I always need someone to drive me going in 2 times a week looking my chocolate covered blueberries when blood sugar drops,finally asked could u please call me when in stock? Nobody ever did be careful make sure u charges correctly it's a discount store,and you have all items you got few times my girlfriend and I were missing bags”

“Convenient especially for the drive up p/u experience/speed of delivery to your car. Good selection of items & decent value, especially using the app for perks. The parking lot is uneven in some areas...beware if you cross through the handicap spots to get to your row, my shin got bruised up with the cart whiplash. Would be 5 star rating if the pharmacy had better customer service during the week, otherwise great customer service.”

“The people who work here really care about customers. I walked in as I was looking for a birthday present and a lady at the front showed me where I could find some choices. She was so kind. I was having an issue accessing my Kohls Cash as there isn't much of a signal in the store and some other problems with it yet the team there helped me a lot. The cashier was kind and the supervisor was kind. They should be the trainers for all Kohls store. This location is doing everything right for a positive customer experience. My friend really likes her bracelet. Thanks for making me feel like a valued and appreciated customer.”
“This is the closest larger store located in Antioch and Lake Villa. The store provides excellent service and is kept clean and organized. It offers great prices on "cut" clearance items for seasonal items, such as winter, summer, and holiday items. The food is always fresh and stacked. Using W+ allows you to skip lines.”

“My younger sisters and I went to Denny's recently and we had a great waiter. His name escapes me now but he made the experience more pleasant and the food was as good as always. We did have one problem with one of my younger sisters after ordering some mashed potatoes and some macaroni and cheese because she's allergic to so many things. She went to take a bite of the mashed potatoes and started choking because there was some spice in it and it caused her to start choking and she had some difficulty getting rid of the burning sensation. The waiter was very nice and helpful to her and took it away and took it off the bill. She ate the macaroni and cheese without further incident so we still had a good evening together and because of the food and the waiter and everyone there I want to give Denny's more than 5 stars but I can only give 5 stars. Thank you Denny's for for the great service and great food. I'm very happy with the service and I'd recommend it to my friends and family. Thank you for the great service and food. I'd been coming there to the Carpentersville Illinois branch of Denny's or or is it in Dundee Illinois ? It's close to where my younger sister and I live right now and I'd recommend it to friends and family anytime.”

“This Target Optical went above and beyond to save my family of six from the perils of Mom driving on the interstate when my husband lost his glasses on a roller coaster while hours/days from our home. We were able to leave with a trial pair of contact lenses and a huge sense of relief (I'm disabled and can't drive longer than 1 hour). They were so nice and the store is lovely, as is the Starbucks. I really hope y'all give this store a chance, as they were the only ones to even try to get a working (for at least a couple of days) trial pair on my husband. This is why I just dropped hundreds at my local Target optical and will remain a loyal customer.”
