“Stellar experience at Simply Stereo! We were in the market for a new media console, and Salamander caught my husband's eye. He noticed that Simply Stereo was listed on Salamander's website as a premier dealer. He sent an email inquiring about coming in to see some items in person, and we headed there on Saturday afternoon. We were greeted right away by Dave, who was helping a customer carry something out to their car. When he came back in, he listened to what we were there for and showed us upstairs to one of the listening rooms. He patiently answered approximately five million questions from my husband and, as luck would have it, what they had on display almost exactly matched what we were looking for. They were able to to get fiddly with the details of what looking at side panel options and determining how the tv mount connects. It was a no brainer to make our purchase from Simply Stereo. The price was excellent and the customer service was top notch. From the email through purchase, it was a great experience and we'll definitely be back in the future - I think a few speakers caught my husband's eye while we were wandering the store.”

“If I could give 6 stars, I would do that! I Googled and selected this company out of excellent reviews from various websites. John and Sean came, on a morning after a heavy snow storm in a pandemic, to fix a big mess left by another electrician who failed to install my NuTone replacement of a brand new M&S intercom & Music system (with 7 speakers throughout the house) after 10 hours. They had to figure out the wrong wiring, and redo them correctly for the central control station and all 7 speakers, including an outdoor one. They pleasantly finished everything in just 2 hours. When John showed me the bill, it was way too reasonable for me to not feel guilty to accept it. I had to insist for him charging me more and add another bonus for them on top of that. Both of them are incredibly kind and capable that I wish I found them earlier.”

“Chicago Audio and Video Design have been AMAZING in helping me get set up for the opening of my Caffe! They were always on time and they went out of their way to make sure that I was happy. I have had them out here several times and have never had an issue with them. They even swung by to check on us while working at another shop nearby! “I've been to this store twice to sell jewelry. On both occasions, from the time I walked in the store, to the time I walked out, absolute professionalism! While going thru the process, the entire staff showed empathy, but also showed excellent customer service. At no point did i feel pressured like you see on those hack TV shows. “I recently submitted an insurance claim and when I received my replacement phone, I needed assistance getting it setup. Danny explained I needed to call customer service myself or I would need to pay a connection fee. The person I was talking to via customer service was extremely confused thinking I was adding a line not transferring my service. The parking lot is uneven in some areas...beware if you cross through the handicap spots to get to your row, my shin got bruised up with the cart whiplash. “I used to go to the McHenry store until one of the "coolest managers ever" relocated and left for round lake, r.l. beach area. I'd never step foot in the McHenry store again, it's worth the drive for me and my fam, 4 accounts all together to do business with people who actually give two f's about their customers. shame on you McHenry store, you're most likely doin pretty bad once the crew changed to the present one. #greatcompanybademloyee #notjaded”
