“Dan was very knowledgeable and helpful. He guided me on the best items to rent and the quantities I would need. My basement got some water in it and in just a few short hours I’m already done. I thought it was going to be an all nighter. The tools he sent me home with were perfect. I called ahead and he had everything ready for me so I didn’t waste any time.Mike met me at the counter and was polite and quick to get me on my way. He had everything I needed waiting at the front door.Nate and the guys were polite/funny. Made it so much easier to handle a tough situation.This is not your typical rental shop pushing old broken tools out the door. They care about their equipment and the customer. “I have been going to this Athleta location for years. I have had nothing but excellent customer service. I am always greeted upon entering the store and get the help I need in the fitting room.The store is clean, organized and racks are sized appropriately making it easy to shop. The quality of clothes is very good but it's on the pricy side.”
“Had a great experience today at this location. Went in looking for volleyball shoes for my daughter. Todd was extremely helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. He helped my daughter find the shoes she needed and even brought a stack of socks for consideration which was very thoughtful. He then asked if there was anything else we were looking for and accompanied us directly to the additional items we needed l. He even walked us up to the counter to checkout.It's been years since I've experienced this type of service; it's a lost art! Thank you Todd for a very surprising and pleasant visit. This location isn't as large as the VH or Schaumburg location but I would rather visit this location compared to the others”
