“My 1986 Corvette had been sitting in my garage for 3 years because it was leaking what appeared to be antifreeze combined with oil. I thought it had a blown head gasket.
A couple weeks ago I decided to get my vette repaired and back on the road. I had neglected to properly prep it for storage. The car had difficulty starting, and would not stay running. Also, once car got hot, it would most likely not restart. It appeared to have lost fuel pressure. It would restart after the engine had cooled enough.
I took it to Extra Mile for repairs. The repair involved replacing the intake manifold gasket, replacing the transmission output shaft seal, transmission oil service, cooling system service, and fuel system service, new distributor cap and rotor. It wasn’t cheap, but I’m happy with the results and the work done. Bryan even threw in a new battery for me at no charge because the new battery I had bought a month ago had a bad cell (Thank you Bryan).
Bryan’s team members Elizabeth and Jackson were wonderful about keeping me informed in every step of the repair process and getting my permission before implementing any changes to my initial repair estimate.

I went to the chain tire store across the street from 9 north and was told my tires (which had 16k miles) didn’t have enough tread to patch and that it was dangerous for me to keep driving on them. The person showed me some little tool she used and said all 4 tires needed replacing. I was skeptical and went across the street to 9 North. I went in assuming I needed 4 tires and told the man at the desk that I needed a price. He went out to get the size and said my tires looked almost new, and patched the hole with no problem.
