“Today I went to a popular car dealership to get my oil changed and check my tire that was low. I was told that it was “unpatchable” and needed a new tire. I left and took it to Bagwell Mathis because I just wanted a second opinion. They were so nice! He Immediately went to my car to physically look and couldn’t find anything, so they brought it in and lifted it up. They patched my “unpatchable” tire and sent me on my way within 10 minutes!!! I cannot believe I almost bought an unnecessary new tire today! Thank you Bagwell Mathis!!”

“I went to this location for a vechile inspection, Mechanic Samuel inspected the vechile and failed the car for tire size. Upon asking him for which part of the inspection checklist it failed he made it up for the tire depth. And then I got an invoice for $700 for new tires.Just for context I inspected my car at the same location a year earlier with Mechanic Corey and he didn’t mention anything about the tire size.Overall customer service experience was satisfactory.”
