I’m very cautious about where I go when it comes to any type of repairs because I literally have no experience with cars so usually I’m over charged and/or told whatever and have the same problems leaving. Today that was the complete opposite. William was amazing and makes you feel right at home. I learned so much today about my car, gas mileage, warranties, and more. I had to remind myself I had to go back to work lol. If you need help with understanding your car, needing more knowledge, or looking for a fair mechanic this is the place. “I am so glad Rocco opened a garage in Alpharetta! I drive German cars, so I’ve been waiting for them to come around for a while. I had the best experiences since I started going there. I initially went to have my brakes done, I was told by another well-known garage that I was due for new brakes which I found a little bit weird since I didn’t drive that car too much anyway from last time the brakes were done. I called Rocco to get an estimate for the brakes. I got the most reasonable quote from Rocco than the other European garages in the area, so I decided I would have them do the brakes and dropped my SUV. I was in doubt that I needed brakes, but I am not a mechanic I assumed that the mechanics from where I get my oil changed knew best. Well instead of pocketing the money, I was told after I dropped my car at Rocco that I didn’t need brakes. I was so thrilled to know that those guys were so honest and didn’t take avantage of a woman. The customer service is top notch! I ended having other work done and I am so happy with the results. I plan on having them do other recommended maintenance work for my cars. I highly recommend Rocco. They are cheaper than other European garages out there… and everyone is so nice at this location it might be the best decision you’ve made for your car and your wallet. Give them a try well worth it!”

“I came here for a brake replacement as they had the best price in town. They were able to give me this price over the phone, whereas other places needed to see the car first. It was easy to call ahead and see what the wait was. The time quoted was accurate and the process was easy. I dropped the car off and got a ride so I did not have to wait there. I returned on my own and even though the car was not ready yet, I found the waiting room welcoming. First off, there is lots of natural light. There is a small TV and some magazines, but I did not need them. The refreshments could have been better, but at least the chairs were comfortable. I was only waiting a short time and my car was ready. They even had time to do a courtesy check on my other car to see if the brakes needed replacing. This was free of charge!”
