“Culture generates culture. The mindset and professionalism one partakes on the store are 6 stars quality! The employees always have a smile to share and have the client as a priority at all times. They do a lot of teamwork and are extremely efficient. Although, that is not the best this Publix has to offer, omg the Deli!!! The sense of urgency, the customized service, the commitment these guys have with their job is incommensurable. They should All get a raise!! Yea all of them, I’ve witnessed it for months! Especially Milena, Nat and the guy with the mustache, they are AWESOME! They also prep food like no other, I have nothing but compliments! If you ever need something or grab some food, and you’re not considering passing by this Publix, let me tell you, you’re making a Big Mistake. Amazing people make the difference, and these employees are BEYOND AMAZING!! You should export that culture everywhere in America.”

“This store is doing very well lately. Sales people are nice. There's a good variety of European products. Their deli is preparing fresh home foods daily. I don't frequently see them selling expired products. Although I did catch them sometimes in removing expiration dates on some products and in selling things that tasted bad. But these sort of practices are much more common among their competitors, so they're still ahead of their competition. As long as you're paying attention to expiration dates and take a smell test on things that you buy, you should be fine.”

“Got an Italian sub at the deli. Pretty good. Should have got the special and got twice as much for the same price and almost exactly the same sandwich. Next time!”

“I give it 5 stars when I pull duty there. For the members, we are really cracking down on enforcing one-way traffic at the pumps. Please follow directions. Thank you. Other than that, I'm more than happy to assist you all with whatever I can.”

“Recently visited the fish/sushi department at Publix (Alpharetta) and had an outstanding experience, all thanks to Joyce Colby. Her expertise in guiding us through sushi roll selections and preparation was invaluable. Joyce's patience and evident passion for her work made our experience not only educational but also thoroughly enjoyable. Extremely grateful for her assistance and highly recommend her service to others!”

“Definitely one of the best supermarkets in Alpharetta, the owner and his wife are great people, they are what you call honest and humble. I have been going to this store for many years and have never had anything bad to say. If you are around this area don't hesitate to stop by and give them a try. I highly recommend their homemade Carnitas they are one of the best in the area.”

“Clean, but poorly stocked. I went there to buy socks and underwear. Found the socks, but the underwear department was in total disarray. I also wanted to pick up a package of Potato salad and a Rotisserie chicken for dinner. At 3:30 p.m. in the afternoon there was NO chickens for sale, and no deli attendants to be found, so I put the Potato salad back....and stocked by Burger King on the way home.”

“This Publix location has many better options and variety than the Publix just a few miles down highway 9. The store is very clean and all of the staff I talked to were very pleasant and friendly.”

“I had a medium deli sandwich platter for same day. However, it was misplaced when I came in to pick up. While the deli team was trying to find my order, Jovanna immediately jumped in to help me. She was able to complete my order without hesitation. Thank you so much Jovanna for displaying excellent customer service.”

“Another local Mexican grocery store which I bumped into when I was driving by in the neighborhood. What surprised me is there's a kitchen in there where you can buy the authentic street style tacos and they are cheap. Different types of meats are available but I like the one which are already marinaded. The vegetables aren't really fresh on the day I went buy but they're not bad but I bought is because I wanted to support them local business.Staff were friendly.Overall good experience.”

“First and foremost, I think it's important for me to share I never come here to do a full grocery run. I come here for the hot bar and the grab-and-go wraps, sandwiches, soups etc. Truly, I think I stop here weekly so I can get possibly the most random assortment of hot bar deliciousness thrown into a to-go box. Since I frequent this establishment so much, I have come to learn the best time to arrive is right around 11:30/Noon EST when they switch from breakfast to lunch and everything is fresh. The salad bar options typically don't change, and the toppings are endless. I always go for a mixed blend of spring mix, romaine, and spinach and I love to add carrots, cucumber, edamame, chickpeas, corn, and hard boiled egg. They have an assortment of dressings to choose from, but I always go for Ranch. The hot bar is full of amazing dishes and flavors. They offer everything from Grilled Whitefish to Buttermilk Ranch Seasoned Fried Chicken. They definitely have a few staples that seem to be there every time I go, and one of them is the Orange Chicken with Broccoli. The sauce is addicting and sometimes they have Vegetable Spring Rolls to pair with it. I also love their Heirloom Tomato Tartlets, Spicy Thai Noodles, and Roasted Garlic Fingerling Potatoes. Their pizza is also pretty good when you just need a quick slice or two to grab on the go, and the Buffalo Chicken and White Pizza are my two favorites. The cookie bar is also really hard to dodge because it's filled with some of the best cookies I've ever put in my belly. I am obsessed with their Guava Cookie Pie, Vegan Mango Jelly, and Lemon Nonna cookies. Seriously, I try to avoid this part of the store every time I go, but it's located towards the self checkout line and I just cant help myself because they are that tasty. The self checkout line can get really long during peak lunch break hours during the work week, but it does move fairly quickly. I always leave happy with my purchases!”

“It's Publix - higher prices, but clean stores and helpful staff. Wouldn't say that 'shopping is a pleasure,' but I do not shop at the competitor.”

“I had a flat tire on my way home from work and after being turned away from a collision center, I wasn't too optimistic about getting help here. I arrived just before closing time and could sense that they weren't thrilled about another service request. After explaining my situation, they inspected my tire and even joked about not noticing it at first, which lightened the mood. Although they tried to sell me a new tire, I declined, but they still put on my spare tire and even offered to add air to my other tires with a smile. I was impressed by their excellent customer service and positive attitudes, especially considering it was closing time.”

“This was my first time, but definitely not my last time ordering from Happy African Tropical Foods. The vender mistakenly shipped out the incorrect size of palm oil. I was swiftly contacted and issued the correct size for free!! Both my parcels arrived on the same day, and was neatly packaged. —Georgette”

“I am so happy I took a chance. I was looking for Nigerian cuisine closer to my house and I found Kovafood Tavern. I called and ordered they said my Efo Riro with fish. I was told it would be ready in about 30 minutes. That was awesome because I normally drive way out like 40-50 minutes one way and to find something closer I was excited. When I picked it up it wasn't ready but I was happy to wait. I got my food and when I tell you when I got home I looked at the Efo Riro and immediately knew I had found a gem. The food was so delicious I tasted all of the seasonings and it was not spicy. Honestly its better then the other place I USE to go too LOL. I will be eating here at least once a week for sure. I will try other items on the menu next time.”

“God sometimes summons His best warriors at the worst times. Fighting my basic brain stem function, my parasympathetic nervous system took over. Walking down the aisles of this Kroger I found myself scared for the future. The palatine delight of Southern American cuisine suddenly turned into post traumatic stress. In the face of uncertainty, I wonder about all those times I took my home’s powder room for granted. At last, my urges led the way towards the human needs offices of this supermarket. Yet, opposing my initial belief, I was welcomed by a minty bleach smell and white shiny bowl. I left this establishment with a rejuvenated boyhood smile and new life experience unlocked. The pack of chia seeds were a bit overpriced tho. Thank you, Kroger.”

“I LOVE this little Publix! It's super clean with happy, smiling employees who go out of their way to help you find things. I just moved to Milton from Roswell where the Publix was older and not very nice. The people who gave this a bad review must be smoking crack or something. Publix Milton is adorable, too! It looks like a barn with a silo out front. HIGHLY recommend!”

“A cool Mexican restaurant (El Camino Reál) in our small town had the absolute BEST margaritas around. They were so good that folks from nearby Lexington, KY would come to Winchester just for said margaritas as well as their guacamole!I finally staked out the bar area one evening and saw the label on the beautiful green gallon sized mixer, I asked the bartender if I could snap a pic w my cell and I set out to find the company that was responsible for the BEST MARGARITA MIXES IN THE HISTORY OF HUMANKIND!!Maysons Margarita mix became my obsession! On our way to Atlanta once I even detoured to Alpharetta just to see if I could purchase some. Sadly for me at that time, they didn't sell to average consumers so I began to buy a couple gallons from our fav restaurant periodically. I would call the company every few months until FINALLY it became a reality, the mix was available online and the rest is history.(I imagine that was almost 15 years ago)!!This is my happy little margarita story and happy review that I just HAD to share because it was time to make a purchase and well, this is the time in history that I need at least one margarita a day!Perfect every single time, not too tart and not fake sugar sweet...it's advertised that it's so very well mixed and balanced that no Triple Sec is needed (of which I wouldn't know bc yeah, I always add Triple Sec). *I also add a lime flavored club soda and fresh lime pulp in blender and víolia- perfection! These are the ONE and ONLY margarita mixes I use (and I KNOW margaritas)?”

“I have been to many pharmacies but none can compare to the staff at this location. They are fast, compassionate, and professional.Jessica knows me by voice when I call her. She is always in a good mood and helpful. The two pharmacists are fantastic. They both give painless shots. They are always happy to explain information about prescriptions and over the counter meds.Dorothy is always friendly and fast to get people their prescriptions. The staff even applies discount cards that give better discounts than goodRX without asking. This is what real teamwork looks like. They are the silver lining to any illness myself or my family faces. I truly hope the management of this Publix understands the value of this team and appreciates them.”

“Today, I had an excellent Guest Care experience with Guest Care Associate April who followed Kroger's Return Policy specifically as it stated and did NOT create their OWN store rules like the majority of Kroger Stores Management do that I've recently learned are NOT honoring and are doing their OWN thing which makes a simple and clearly stated policy confusing for many customers. April did such an excellent job that I sent an email to CEO Rodney McMullen giving her and the Store Manager, Matt Kudos and hopefully they will keep them on the team as a face for the Kroger Family brand and/or promote them both as they followed Kroger's policies and procedures and take heed to Federal Trade Commission and Georgia's Attorney General's Office and Consumer Protection Division laws that will keep Kroger out of any big financially impacting civil suits, liabilities, investigations, and potential prosecution. If Kroger's current return policy is NOT working for majority of the stores, then why NOT just change the policy as they see fit for ALL stores and let the public know what they can and/or cannot do as far as returns and refunds go. Over 160+ stores with each store doing their OWN thing is NOT going to work for customers and the community. And for Matt and April, keep up the great work and job well done.”

“We came out here scouting location and for some reason everytime we come out here we get lot...must be all the McMasions all around us....anyway this is our second time at this Kroger which I will say has some of the nicest people working here. The first time we just came to use the restroom and grab some water. The second time I did a little shopping since we were on our way back to the office and I didn't want to stop before I went home...clean restrooms, smiling cashier, neat aisles and well stocked shelves...check, check, check check check....”

“The Pharmacist there Jackie is the most dedicated, kindest, smartest pharmacist I have ever come across in my life. I am a physician and am always impressed by her knowledge of the medicines and her relentless dedication to her job. We travel extra 20 min to this Publix just so we can see Jackie. Seeing " aunty Jackie" is always the highlight of my daughters day when we go there.”
