“I hate to use race but I don't know the gentleman name. The warranty company I used told me to take my vehicle to Pep Boys. I did as instructed. The gentleman gave me a diagnostic on my car but the warrant company said my mileage was over so I don't get it fixed. I went there with hardly any money and was told I had to pay for the diagnostic test. The black men who was on the computer was rude and told me I couldn't leave without paying. I explained to him that I was told by the warranty company that they would pay. I didn't argue with him. After he left the white guy gave me my keys and told me not to worry about it even though I offered to give him my debit card information and all my credentials. Thank you young man for being compassionate and not embarrassing me. I appreciate you”
