“We live on the other side of Atlanta, but our daughter hit a curb and blew out 2 of 4 the tires we had put on her car at the BJs close to home just 2 months ago. We took the tires off her car and brought them to the Marietta store to see how much it would be to replace the 2 and if we had to do all 4 since she has a Subaru (AWD). Jesse could see how stressed we were and explained that there was hardly any wear, so we only needed 2 and that it was covered by roadside. He totally could have ripped us off and didn’t. “This is the second time they fix my Ford F-150, this time was incredible, because I was scared because my gauges light was like crazy beeping, so I took it to the first mechanic I found. This place charged me almost 500 to check and diagnose the problem and they told me to fix it I needed to change the engine and they would replace it with a used one. It wasn't much, but sometimes "mandatory lunch breaks" are tough to balance with customer volume and I hope some Papa John's on the go helped!To corporate -- when you find a team that works this well under these sorts of challenges, it's indicative of good leadership. Acknowledge them, reward them, and most importantly, recognize that it STARTS with the ground level manager you have in place. Empower and enable Brandon with the support and tools he requires to continue to be successful with his staff and for his customers, listen to his feedback, and you'll have a consistently performing location for years to come.We'll be using this location for as long as you have these people in place.
