“I got my vehicle from Carriage Kia in July, which was an interesting purchase.I was recommended by someone that got her cars from this particular dealership. So, I live 1hr and 18 minutes from this dealership and I tried other dealerships "Calavan West, Nalley Kia, and a few more". Of course, this one won the time and deal. Yes, there are some issues with any company, but if you're a patient person and really want something, you will look past the incident. I must say, I have never seen a service guy really want to work on a deal like we did. They was excited to work with us. Some times you just got to work them because if you're not... they will be bored. (hints for those going to get a vehicle there... referral by me LMAO)I haven't used their maintenance section yet, in which I need to go there soon and have an appointment set up. One thing about this process, it was a see-saw at first then turned out great. The only thing I won't suggest is "Kia Finance America" by the dealership!!!! --- use anyone else if you can. KFA is giving me a headache right now, but the dealership did their job. I'm enjoying my awesome ride as well.”
