“We live on the other side of Atlanta, but our daughter hit a curb and blew out 2 of 4 the tires we had put on her car at the BJs close to home just 2 months ago. We took the tires off her car and brought them to the Marietta store to see how much it would be to replace the 2 and if we had to do all 4 since she has a Subaru (AWD). Jesse could see how stressed we were and explained that there was hardly any wear, so we only needed 2 and that it was covered by roadside. He totally could have ripped us off and didn’t. He made a terrible day a little bit better and earned customers for life.”

“I love BJs gas station. There has never been a line when I have pulled up. The hoses are long enough to reach both sides of the vehicles, and the gas is always at least a few cents cheaper than Sam's. The other thing that I love is the quickness of the pumps.You scan rather than insert your membership card, which speeds up the process, the payment card reader verifies quickly, and the pump is ready to go just as fast. Both competing membership clubs almost always have long lines, and the transaction processes at the pumps are slow; with "Please wait," showing up each step of the way.I belong to all 3 of the local membership clubs, but even if I am shopping for particular items at one of the others and need to fill up my gas tank as well, I will bypass the pumps at the other 2 stores and head to BJ's for gas.”

“I switched from Kroger as their customer service drastically changed. When I started using Sam's, I regretted it, but NOT in any manor that is of their doing. It is me , my time constraints, and my health conditions.It is a much further out of the way drive. If I need to pick up only one script, it's so time-consuming. Parking is awful. A huge, huge, huge help would be having a drive-through. (Hint hint ?) Although I shop there, because of my health and how busy I am, I typically opt for delivery.Even so, nothing can compare to how wonderful the lead pharmacist is. At Kroger, they try to push you out when you have questions. Not Sam's! I needed to call to speak to him about an issue that I was thinking maybe one of the meds was causing. I can clearly tell how busy he was. Yes, I was put on hold a few times, but he went up and above the call of duty to help me. My gut was right, and one of the meds was causing issues, BUT he did not stop there! He proceeded to ask me a bunch of different questions that had nothing to do with the medications. TOOK THE TIME TO CARE ❣️ Went up and above.He was able to inform me of several things I could try and, once again, took the extra step and explained why. It was like being in health class. My own Dr. who noticed the issue DID NOTHING! Dr. Wholers. ? Well, she did do something. Her vulgar mouth made me cry for three days. Words hurt, and she definitely has a way with them. Disquisting and untrue. Shocking words!!! Not even a diagnosis, instead of helping me figure out what was truly going on!?I was thinking about going back to Kroger because of the convenience. That thought process has passed! Yes, I will use Kroger for a single script here and there ( unless Sams builds a drive through) but my monthly meds, and as long as the head pharmacist stays, I WILL stay committed to Sam's.Dr., I truly appreciated your help and time. Even though you were so busy, you showed care and compassion. It was worth my back and forth hold on the phone to gain the knowledge you provided. I literally purchased your suggestions the same day, online. I'm so impressed!!! I will keep you posted. If the suggestions don't work, I know we will come up with a plan B ❤️ Thank you from the bottom of my heart.”

“They have got about anything you need. I went with my brother and niece and bought a few things. It's a great place to go for families with it being a bulk item type store. Good bargains all around like the Cara Cara Oranges I got 5lb bag for 5.99. They are some of the best oranges I've ever ate and that is a very good price. A 20oz pack of Buffalo (Bison) which I love, two packs joined together for 40oz actually for quite a good price. A great place to go.”
