Their work is excellent But the reason I gave them four stars is I always find that when you show up there, they're always super busy, it's hard to get somebody to help you, it's always a rush and you never get what you want and that is a tire on a car and out of there.”

They go out of their way to check on warranty information without prompting, they send updates for routine check-ups (even free ones like the lifetime alignment I signed up for). They even allow you to add additional work when timelines are delayed (oil change)”
“Incredible ! it’s hard to describe the great service I received from Carlos and the guys that work here. I went through a rocky area on the freeway and brought my car back 6 months after they had painted the front end and they repainted the entire front bumper for me at no charge. I had some bad chips from going through a freeway construction zone and Carlos said don’t worry I will fix for you and he didn’t charge me because it had been only 6 months and he said he wanted to make sure I was happy.
