“I brought the car in for a brake inspection/repair, after another auto shop recommended I replace the brake pads. Danny said that I had another 5000 miles before needing the repair, which I appreciated the honesty. He did the job anyways.During the inspection, the mechanic found another issue. When I was skeptical of the issue, Danny brought me to the shop floor and showed me the issue. He wasn't pushy about getting it fixed. He did the job, and he was definitely correct. The car is driving much smoother now.I will be bringing my car in more often for oil change, inspection, and any repairs needed. The whole team was honest, friendly, and very good at explaining any questions I had.”

“Ivan runs a responsible and professional shop which isn’t always easy to come by these days. They give excellent customer service. We have bought 2 sets of tires, a water pump and had brake pads and rotors replaced with them and have always been satisfied with the work. If something ever goes wrong that should not have, they will stand behind it and make it right. All Big O shops are NOT the same but I enthusiastically recommend the San Ramon location!”
