“My grandpa used K&C's for who knows how long before my Grandparents passed. My mom remembered how much my Grandpa would rave about the mechanic who kept their vehicles running (and bought my grandmas Mercedes from). Well after their passing, my car needed work so I gave them a call and brought in my Jeep. I've had random things go out, my Throttle Body, Multi Function Switch. I've needed some batteries replaced, the spark plugs done, oil changes, etc. Each issue I have had, Kevin has run the diagnostics on the car, and then researched the problems. He is honest, doesn't overcharge and they get the work done. Today, my car died and Kevin almost came to jump my car for me but AAA was there quickly. I was able to get my car over to him and he stopped what he was doing and went to replace my battery and replace the terminals as they were bad. He's worked on my mom, stepfather, and brothers cars. We truly feel blessed and happy that we have him and that Ryan (and Honey) greet us when we have to come in. He's the person you don't want to use, but are happy to have on speed dial. “I have expected worse.But I went all good, brought my own oil and filter. First the tech extracted the oil through the dipstick tube, but they have realized that their suction hose doesn't go deep enough into the oil pan, so they ended up removing the skid plate under the car and drained the oil how's supposed to be. To release all shavings and carbon build-up.”

“No longer do they lure you in with their $27.99 price, because they can't offer that any longer. I pay over $120 for 5 quarts of synthetic oil...ouch! Why do I go here then? * They have online coupons (like 15% off) * They are fair about suggesting what else they find and can charge for * They are open 7 days a week. Sweet! No need for an appointment. * Depending their workload, they turn your car around in less than an hour. Perhaps the best thing about choosing a Jiffy Lube is that there are so many of them around the country. In between oil changes, if you ever need your tires checked/filled, water for your wipers filled, a little oil -- they'll fill'er up for freeeeeeee. It's a necessary evil, and they do it with a smile. Thumbs up. PS. This location no longer has a coffee machine. PSS. And, they don't have a vending machine either!”
