“When I first saw all the five-star ratings, I was skeptical. I called, probed, and took my time evaluating. As I was talking with Bill my excitement kept rising up. I had finally found the holy grail in a person/place to take care of my car - highly experienced, expert knowledge, no-nonsense, very reasonably priced. And oh, how about Honesty, you ask? Don't even need to take anyone's word for it. With Bill you get to watch him do all the work, and he even teaches you a bit about your car and what is needed and not needed to care for it. When was the last time that you got to see everything that a mechanic does right in front of you? I am thrilled at having found Bill. No longer need to worry about buying a Toyota or Lexus that is past its warranty any more. Lauren, who always answers the phone is kind, patient (especially for those who aren't experts at cars) and is especially wonderful in providing the best service for my sister (who is disabled) and her car. The whole team deserves an A+ for transparent and honest service. Each time our car is brought in, we receive a multiple page inspection report with photos and images, outlining what is a critical repair vs. recommended but not necessary. “My grandpa used K&C's for who knows how long before my Grandparents passed. My mom remembered how much my Grandpa would rave about the mechanic who kept their vehicles running (and bought my grandmas Mercedes from). Well after their passing, my car needed work so I gave them a call and brought in my Jeep. I've had random things go out, my Throttle Body, Multi Function Switch. I've needed some batteries replaced, the spark plugs done, oil changes, etc. Each issue I have had, Kevin has run the diagnostics on the car, and then researched the problems. He is honest, doesn't overcharge and they get the work done. Today, my car died and Kevin almost came to jump my car for me but AAA was there quickly. I was able to get my car over to him and he stopped what he was doing and went to replace my battery and replace the terminals as they were bad. He's worked on my mom, stepfather, and brothers cars. We truly feel blessed and happy that we have him and that Ryan (and Honey) greet us when we have to come in. He's the person you don't want to use, but are happy to have on speed dial. Alondra and Nestor were very responsive and worked diligently with a frustrating instance company to get the initial and supplemental estimates completed as quickly as possible. The repair work was done extremely well. I can’t tell that there was any damage done. Alondra kept me apprised throughout the two month process of initial estimate, parts orders, repair work, supplemental estimate and final repair. Work is guaranteed for as long as I own the car. I highly recommend them and would readily take my Tesla back to them if needed in the future.”

“I brought the car in for a brake inspection/repair, after another auto shop recommended I replace the brake pads. Danny said that I had another 5000 miles before needing the repair, which I appreciated the honesty. He did the job anyways.During the inspection, the mechanic found another issue. When I was skeptical of the issue, Danny brought me to the shop floor and showed me the issue. He wasn't pushy about getting it fixed. He did the job, and he was definitely correct. The car is driving much smoother now.I will be bringing my car in more often for oil change, inspection, and any repairs needed. The whole team was honest, friendly, and very good at explaining any questions I had.”

“I have expected worse.But I went all good, brought my own oil and filter. First the tech extracted the oil through the dipstick tube, but they have realized that their suction hose doesn't go deep enough into the oil pan, so they ended up removing the skid plate under the car and drained the oil how's supposed to be. To release all shavings and carbon build-up.”
