“Service - 5/5Lela is awesome!!!We lived in this Tri Valley for 20+ years and WheelWorks was our go to place for tires/wheel issues. We have since moved away.We were one hour into a 6+ hour road trip and realized that there was something wrong with our tires pressure. Called in to Wheelworks and so glad that we were connected through to Lela. She was most helpful, and recommended that we come in to get the flat fixed. When we eventually got there they told us that the leak could not be fixed, and the tires needed to be replaced. They did not have our tires so were not able to fix our issue. “I went to color pro auto and paid out of pocket to have my Accord repaired there because I wanted it to look great as I planned on selling it. They worked with me to have some of the work done at my convenience after hours and they gave me a discount to do Touch Up on my entire vehicle which I appreciated very much. I am grateful to the team at color pro for making my car look beautiful and ready to sell. Their work is stellar, unfortunately we were in an accident not too long after having it repaired so it was a tragic thing. Irene has reached out periodically just to check if we were okay and how our recovery. We requested a copy of the work done in detail to provide the insurance when we got into the accident a copy so they could add it to the value of the vehicle and Irene sent me a copy immediately and text me just to confirm I received what I requested. “These folks are amazing. I dropped off my Jaguar in the morning and when I came back at 3pm, the wheels looked perfect. All the curb rash was gone, all four wheels had been expertly repainted, cleaned, and the tires rebalanced. The workmanship was fantastic, and the whole experience couldn't have been easier. “Incredible ! it’s hard to describe the great service I received from Carlos and the guys that work here. I went through a rocky area on the freeway and brought my car back 6 months after they had painted the front end and they repainted the entire front bumper for me at no charge. I had some bad chips from going through a freeway construction zone and Carlos said don’t worry I will fix for you and he didn’t charge me because it had been only 6 months and he said he wanted to make sure I was happy. The car came back looking like new ! Thanks Carlos”

“I had a flat and came here to get it inspected. The wait was long, but I expected this since I didn't make an appointment. Once I walked in I spoke with a kind worker who added me to the wait list. I had to wait around an hour for my car to be seen. From there, the worker did a general inspection and said he would try to fix it once there was an open spot in the garage. From there, my car was added to the website and I was able to check the status online. I was very satisfied with the customer service here! Although there was a long wait, everyone was working so hard and helped answer any questions I had.”

“America's Tires is a nice place to go to get your tires taken care of, the prices are good. Their work is excellent But the reason I gave them four stars is I always find that when you show up there, they're always super busy, it's hard to get somebody to help you, it's always a rush and you never get what you want and that is a tire on a car and out of there.”

I watched them work on my car, they make it look brand new, they wax it by hand then buffer it with a machine, they don't towel dry the car the use an air dryer.
