I could get a ride to pick up my car when it was ready ( no I don't use lyft nor Uber!) Anyway they had a driver on duty and he picked me up in my own car! Talk about relieved!!!! “Incredible ! it’s hard to describe the great service I received from Carlos and the guys that work here. I went through a rocky area on the freeway and brought my car back 6 months after they had painted the front end and they repainted the entire front bumper for me at no charge. I had some bad chips from going through a freeway construction zone and Carlos said don’t worry I will fix for you and he didn’t charge me because it had been only 6 months and he said he wanted to make sure I was happy. “Popped tire all of a sudden when I'm on a time limit to do things. It always happens this way.. hella annoying. Luckily we were in an area where there was 3 tire shops near us. We called wheel service up the street they had an hour wait, I couldn't do that. Then I called EZ Tires, they said they had time. We were just across the street eating so we pulled up. They were working on a couple other cars, they immediately started helping us. Going back and fourth between cars. Very efficient!! We were there maybe 20 minutes, not too bad. I did end up purchasing a new tire for $120. Damn since when are tires so expensive, my dumbass should've got a used one but I wasn't thinking. So far so good with my new tire, made it back home to Stockton in one piece. Still going good. I recommend if you're in the area and need tires. They also had a little food truck parked inside I didn't get the name in case you wanted a snack or so while you wait. That's pretty convenient.”

“I had a flat and came here to get it inspected. The wait was long, but I expected this since I didn't make an appointment. Once I walked in I spoke with a kind worker who added me to the wait list. I had to wait around an hour for my car to be seen. From there, the worker did a general inspection and said he would try to fix it once there was an open spot in the garage. From there, my car was added to the website and I was able to check the status online. I was very satisfied with the customer service here! Although there was a long wait, everyone was working so hard and helped answer any questions I had.”

Their work is excellent But the reason I gave them four stars is I always find that when you show up there, they're always super busy, it's hard to get somebody to help you, it's always a rush and you never get what you want and that is a tire on a car and out of there.”

“Discovered a slow leak with one of my tires. Couldn't find a nail when I inspected my tire and B & J was closest to my house and opened on a Sunday. Drive right in, inspected it and found a broken nail in my tire. Literally took like 5-10 minutes to fix my tire and charged $20 flat since I had cash on me. Will come again for sure.”

“The MECHANIC SHOP is solid! They’ll get you in and out faster than any place I’ve been without ever sacrificing quality work or kindness checking you in, no matter how busy they are! Half the time I’ve gone they are super busy and it’s never dead or even slow so I really don’t know how they do it.Found them in the comments on a Reddit post, looking for a reasonably priced mechanic that knows how to work on a Subaru because I didn’t want to pay dealership prices for an older (but immaculate & reliable) car that I might need to trade soon, due to a lifestyle change. The dealer wanted to charge me $250 to do an oil change and diagnose the problem, saying the diagnostic without the oil change is $300. I got an even higher quote from a Subaru specialist mechanic. Ugh.They diagnosed it for free and fixed the problem (a fan belt I think) the same day for less than the quote. So happy I was able to just check the google reviews before I went to confirm this is the spot. It takes less than 20 minutes to get there and I drove 45 minutes no traffic plus bridge the last time I found a good mechanic but he was the sweetest older man and retired, which is the saddest day for me, a few years ago! I really miss him so I’m super grateful to find these guys.PS They will tell you directly if they can’t do something:They don’t do electrical work (at least on Subaru) or diesel but will recommend someone”
