“The MECHANIC SHOP is solid! They’ll get you in and out faster than any place I’ve been without ever sacrificing quality work or kindness checking you in, no matter how busy they are! Half the time I’ve gone they are super busy and it’s never dead or even slow so I really don’t know how they do it.Found them in the comments on a Reddit post, looking for a reasonably priced mechanic that knows how to work on a Subaru because I didn’t want to pay dealership prices for an older (but immaculate & reliable) car that I might need to trade soon, due to a lifestyle change. The dealer wanted to charge me $250 to do an oil change and diagnose the problem, saying the diagnostic without the oil change is $300. I got an even higher quote from a Subaru specialist mechanic. Ugh.They diagnosed it for free and fixed the problem (a fan belt I think) the same day for less than the quote. So happy I was able to just check the google reviews before I went to confirm this is the spot. It takes less than 20 minutes to get there and I drove 45 minutes no traffic plus bridge the last time I found a good mechanic but he was the sweetest older man and retired, which is the saddest day for me, a few years ago! I really miss him so I’m super grateful to find these guys.PS They will tell you directly if they can’t do something:They don’t do electrical work (at least on Subaru) or diesel but will recommend someone”

“Excellent customer service with honesty. David assisted me and was very friendly.Dropped my car off to get a diagnosis and quote for an oil leak. Initially, got a quote to perform the oil leak repair but after disassembling parts to get a better assessment, the technician found the main source of the leak to be different from the original assessment and informed me of the finding instead of proceeding with the original work, which would have not fixed the main source of the oil leak. Ended up not performing the repair due to the extensive amount of work and associated costs not justified by the value of the car.I would certainly choose this shop for my future auto repair needs.Service: Auto engine diagnostic”

“I’ve been going to Jiffy Lube for oil changes with their online coupon at CV location for years, but today was rather exceptional. Not only did I receive fast service, but the entire team jumped into action when I arrived and got to work on my car immediately. Everyone was kind and professional. I even let them drain my transmission fluid, an additional service I normally would turn down, just because I appreciated how they were taking care of me as a customer. While I was in the waiting room, I watched an older man being talked to with kindness as well and he also added on an extra service, no one was pushy or tried to upsell him things he didn’t need. They didn’t just treat me as a priority, they treated everyone with this same level of care. I’ll be back and until then I’ll be sending others their way.”
