I have an IID device in my car so I come pretty frequently.Whether I'm getting my device calibrated, going in for routine maintenance or having bigger issues resolved everyone at Dublin auto is so nice and efficient and I'm billed with no hidden fees at a great rate.They updated their waiting area that they decorate for each holiday, have a dog bed and kid toys with little treats, very sweet and thoughtful. Those accommodations let you know they are good people. 10/10 I recommend them to everyone!”

“Mike is so great, the first time I went here was about a month ago when I was looking for somewhere convenient to do an oil change that I was due for and I usually go to jiffy lube but it was t convenient for me to go there at the time and I searched for oil changes in the area and found mikes shop and called him and was able to drop off my car within 5 minutes of my call with him about a oil change service. Him and his mechanic were extremely kind and welcoming.As we know being a woman is not easy taking your car to a shop, but they made me feel comfortable and that my car was in good hands. They did my oil change and gave me recommendations for future services as they found the oil plug was not secured properly from my last oil service at jiffy lube. They never pressured me into any other services.Recently my car would not turn over and when I finally got it turned on and was headed in their directions I gave them a call explaining what had happened, Mike remembered be from my previous oil change and told me to bring it by and he and his mechanic took a look at it for me and tested the battery for me and advised me it was getting old and low charge on it. He did not pressure me to get the battery changed there and just gave his advice it was getting old and would have a couple months possibly. I of course did not want to take that risk and asked if he could change it that day if they had time. And he took my car right then and told me he would give me a call once they had the battery to give me the price. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I will be coming back here for any future issues with my car and for routine maintenance as I have found a place I trust.”

“Top notch shop to take your Porsche or any European cars. Sanders used to be the master mechanic at Porsche Marin who really only knows his trade! They did an excellent job replacing the clutch on my 911 turbo. I also brought my Audi S4 for regular maintenance with the same quality result. May need to schedule weeks in advance as they are extremely busy.”
“My old but low mile truck wouldn't pass smog because a sensor wouldn't reset, and I was told that the failure was because the catalytic converters were bad and needed to be replaced. (Estimate $4600)I decided to get a second opinion and possibly sell it out of CA.That second opinion took me here. We set up an appointment, Scott Sr. took the truck for a few hours, found the problem, fixed the problem, and gave me a call to come get it.Then I took it to the smog check folks, and...the sensor was good to go, and the truck passed.Originally, I was doubful that he could do much since the livermore guys, with a lot of electronics troubleshooting equipment, tested it for ~$200 and gave me the original estimate.That said,It's always nice to find an honest old-school mechanic with a touch.”

“We were recommended to this shop by a client of ours. I'd like to commend Russell for A-1 service. Customer service was exceptional. The job we thought was major. It was a rattling noise in the undercarriage. Russell said he'd examine the car and call us with an a diagnosis and estimate. We left the car with him. After 30 minutes he called back and told us it was just a loose nut in the right sway arm. I simply tightened it back up and gave us the car back.I write this because we easily could've been ripped off. We have been in the past. He told us exactly what it was. Showed us and asked if the car had been worked on in the past. As said, He tightened the bolt charged us a minimal fee and gave us the car back.Most garages (including local dealerships) may find a way to gouge more $ from you and make up a false job. Seen it more than a dozen times.Rest assured you can trust your car w/ Russell and his team. They service both foreign and domestic vehicles.”

“I got my Tesla Model X clear wrapped and tinted here recently and was very happy with their service and quality of their work. I would highly recommend checking in with them for quote if you're considering wrapping or tinting your car because I was surprised by how quickly I could schedule an appointment (within two days). They also don't require that they keep your car for a week to let the wrap settle. Instead, it took two days to get my car back. Their prices are very competitive. Their facility was big and clean. I received voice and video updates on the progress of their work. I needed a ride to the BART station after I dropped my car off and they were nice enough to give me lift.”
