“On a whim (and thanks to the power of social media algorithms), I signed up for a free intro class with my friend over the summer, thinking it would be fun to try together.To my surprise, as someone who’s never truly stepped foot inside a gym and struggles with routine in general, I’ve kept coming back.All of the instructors and staff here have been great, and have an astounding ability to recall everyone’s faces and names.As other reviewers have also mentioned, I’ve especially appreciated Celine’s energy and sense of safe space she creates in her classes. Alita has also been incredibly patient and flexible in working with me through any scheduling issues, and I’ve been thankful for instructors like Nicole and Taylor who are proactive in correcting and explaining form!”

“J'aime Bridal was the first shop my wife walked into for her wedding dress, and the only one she needed. She expected to go to multiple shops for a very particular style, but the three associates she worked over multiple visits nudged her into trying multiple styles and cuts, and she ended up picking one she wouldn't have otherwise tried and absolutely loved. The shop's recommended tailor (Tamara) also did a fantastic job.”

“I haven't set foot in a JCPenney for 20+ years. In fact, I stayed away from it. I remember it being a low quality inventory. Well, the other day while shopping with my mama, she wanted to go look for 1 thing. Reluctantly, I schlepped along. Now, this review is for the Men's department only, I didn't browse the entire store. But blow me down. They have name brands like Levi's, Polo, Puma, and Adidas, but I fell in love with a brand called Mutual Weave. They have most everything a Macy's would have except high-end suits. I fell in love with a brand called Mutual Weave and ended up buying 2 jeans, and a henley, and cool flannel --- very pleased indeed. They had sales, which are great. But generally, I would say it's not cheap...it's fair priced. So, I won't be shy from now on...I've been re-introduced!”

“What a nice thrift store this is. Employees are very nice and helpful. Lots to choose from in the two locations (right across the parking lot from each other). One had clothing, home goods, jewelry & books and the other building has furniture and paintings etc. making donations is easy too. We were sad that the location in Fremont closed down about a year ago but have liked going out to Pleasanton and exploring a different location. Prices are good!”

“Madison is the best! She takes care of every customer and makes sure the shopping experience is very pleasant! The store also has amazing collection of accessories. I have been purchasing online as well but have noticed that in-store, it’s much easier to try different sizes.Due to the way Francesca’s online and in-store purchases works, I had come in to the store to return a bunch of items and she was very understanding and accommodating.”

“Kind of wacky with enough inventory in and out to make the place look at a bit disorganized at certain parts of the store and the position of this place in the mall means that the all overheard light and lack of natural lighting to make it a bit dim with some harsh shadows lol. Definitely not like the Express stores I remember 15 years ago...Okay the high end Express lines are still pretty great and worth the extra money so, still worth stopping here for the good quality offerings.”

“Had a good experience here - store staff friendly - was the last customer before closing. Very helpful. Been looking to replace an old belt I had - just wanted something plain for every day use. The old one I had was a favorite - I think it was from French Connection - that company that had some popularity 10 years ago. Yup, thats how old that belt was - was one piece of leather all the way through - unpainted analine leather from Italy... This one probably won't last that long - but who knows. Found some shorts and tried some of their socks. I like it when the socks hit barely above the shoe - these are probably a bit small - but will see what they do after a wash cycle. Good bargain racks here - very organized store. Pleasant shopping experience.”

“This is one of the best stores I go to the people that work there are lovely. Debbie is one of the best consultants I have ever had and she is the assistant manager at the store. She will help you pick out whatever you like , the dressing rooms are clean and neat there. Plenty of mirrors to see how you look but if you want an honest opinion, they're willing to give it to you which I personally appreciate . I would highly recommend going to the store. It is definitely for a 30 something woman or better”
