“I haven't set foot in a JCPenney for 20+ years. In fact, I stayed away from it. I remember it being a low quality inventory. Well, the other day while shopping with my mama, she wanted to go look for 1 thing. Reluctantly, I schlepped along. Now, this review is for the Men's department only, I didn't browse the entire store. But blow me down. They have name brands like Levi's, Polo, Puma, and Adidas, but I fell in love with a brand called Mutual Weave. They have most everything a Macy's would have except high-end suits. I fell in love with a brand called Mutual Weave and ended up buying 2 jeans, and a henley, and cool flannel --- very pleased indeed. They had sales, which are great. But generally, I would say it's not cheap...it's fair priced. So, I won't be shy from now on...I've been re-introduced!”

“Elnora was AMAZING! She always is. Pleasanton store is by far the BEST Kohl’s I have ever been to. Everyone I have ever dealt with there has been super friendly and helpful. And the store is always so clean.”

“Now that Bayfair is closing, I suppose this is my store. Good selection, definitely high-end. Not crazy about having to schlep between two stores. Despite the obvious lack of sales help, it's fairly easy to navigate.”

“Only one experience here: bought my wife's wedding band at the jewelry counter. Getting service was relatively quick, and the woman who helped me was very kind, knowledgeable, and listened to what I was asking for without trying to up-sell me on things I didn't need and would ultimately be unhappy I purchased. Great spot to buy jewelry.”

“I found Macys Furniture store a great store to shop furniture but what was disappointing was that they do not offer swatches. As we do more & more online shopping & stores have limited space for instore shopping we need to see swatches. Its not easy to return large furniture pieces if upholstery is not exactly right for your space.”

“Update: 12.28.23 Valentine's Day & St. Patrick's Day merch is already on the shelves! Not much Christmas merch left except for clothing.Update: 08.22.23 Halloween is apparently already here when plenty of back-to-school supplies! Couldn't find anyone to let us in to a changing room though we both looked for 5 mins... That's a typical occurrence, doesn't seem like there's a dedicated employee at the counter there for some time. Otherwise, store was clean & orderly. Don't expect everything to be in stock late afternoon to early evening, as this isn't the case, and it's understandable. Cashier was friendly & polite - another anomaly at this store, but very welcomed. Couldn't update bathroom as we just. couldn't. go. in. there. again. (Hope they've really cleaned it up since our really yucky experience there & they check out its condition regularly for real.)Update 9.20.22: Lots of stocking going on for fall & Christmas already. Garden center more sparse, replaced with bicycles & winter needs. Women's bathroom is really unacceptable. Doors don't even lock since metal panels don't align, so can't be sure of privacy unless you hold doors closed while using the facilities. Garbage was overflowing with paper towels, etc., just not well-maintained.All the good prices you'd expect at Walmart, but parking is often full near the front, even disabled spots are always full, which is hard when I bring a disabled family member. Bathrooms need to be cleaned more often. Usually sufficient number of cashiers, typically a reasonable wait to pay. Dressing room attendant is unfriendly & spent a lot of time talking with other employees nearby while I waited to try on some pants. They were talking about another coworker, very unpleasant & rude. I go for the prices, not the service or "ambiance" so my expectations aren't too high. Good location off 580 at Hacienda exit.”

“I frequently visit this Walmart, as it's conveniently located just 4 to 5 blocks away from my residence. The store's overall setup is clean and well-organized, and I appreciate how they've condensed the size of a traditional Walmart into a neighborhood grocery store. There's even another Walmart located approximately half a mile away, which I refer to as the "actual" Walmart. Here at this local Walmart, I can find most grocery items at competitive prices, although they may not always be the best deals. However, I do appreciate the convenience of shopping here, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. One unique aspect of this store is their heavy utilization of self-checkout lanes. Out of 10 lanes, 8 of them are designated for self-checkout, and it's great to see that most customers know how to operate them efficiently. This helps to minimize wait times and ensures a smooth shopping experience for everyone.”
