Only 1 or 2 associates ringing. Lines form quickly. Items did not ring up posted price. Associate was alone so couldn't check sign. Up escalator inoperable for a few weeks, unfortunately both mall escalators outside the store were out of service too. Elevator across the store and is very slow. Makes multi floor shopping... read full comment

I always like JC Penney but this one looks cheaper than others...
