“RVReady really is the best. Right when we walked in we were greeted with smiles and kindness. Giovanni helped us first and listen to all of our request. He spent a good amount of time with us and passed us on to Mike. Mike was just as kind and listened to my husband’s request and needs. We were not planning on buying but they did so well on listening and having patience with us that we decided not to pass on the great price and trailer. We got with Glen and that was the best finance experience we ever had. He was fun and engaging. Work with Nikki to complete the final paper work and she was the best too. In service Isiah walked us through the trailer and spent time showing us everything and answered all questions. He was just as patient. The service manager Jason was kind as well. “So I normally go here for putting air in my tires but I desperately needed an oil change/Oil filter on my Subaru Forrester. The first guy (chase or Cory)was so sweet he got me in next day first thing in the morning. It was super busy right off the bat first thing opening. They had a lot on their plate. They put air in my tires they checked my brakes and did the oil change. But unfortunately, their system had the wrong filter, and it was just too short. My car “rejected” it and oil was everywhere. I give them a call explain what happened. They tell me to bring it in right then and there but it was closing so I told them that I would come in next day. First thing in the morning, they get my car, they see the problem, the manager or lead lady (I didn’t get her name) that was working at the time was phenomenal. She immediately heard all of my concerns. She saw the problem. She had them go and get the filter that I specifically requested. And redid everything and I was gone two hours later. Even though they were super busy. All I can say, is maybe a system update so the employees Have less of a problem.”

“This is a long overdue review of Tony the owner and his work ethic. Actually brought in my Nissan Altima two years ago for my brakes as being someone who drives a lot was in desperate need of repair. Did a great job and was a quick turnaround. Last year due to my tremendous amount of driving, had to replace my brakes again. Again quick turnaround however the brakes that were replaced must have been faulty so I called Tony as they were making a loud squeaking noise. He told me to bring the car back in and would replace them. Little did I know it was free of charge as it was something that was unexpected so suddenly. Yesterday I reached out to Tony as my car would not start and I had already taken it initially to a local autozone who's employee told me it was not my battery. Tony told me to bring it in today. Which I did & he took time to run a diagnostic test, explain everything to me and called auto zone back as I still had warranty, had battery delivered and replaced it for me. Tony is an honest man and has a great work ethic, gets the job done and will continue to bring my car in for all of its maintenance.”

While I was ordering my lunch at Subway I was in a conversation with the manager as she was preparing my lunch, and a young man came in to pickup his phone order. When I finally got to the register to pay for my lunch the young gentleman had already paid for my lunch, held the door for me and stated "Thank you for you Service!" and the lunch was on him to my surprise. The lobby was decorated nicely and had Christmas music on. Brianna called me every Tuesday and Thursday as promised and kept me abreast on the progress. The vehicle was ready six days earlier than expected. At the time that I was notified that it was finished and ready to be picked up, I was very sick, and it would have been very hard for me to go get my car and return the rental. Brianna offered to bring the car to me and return the rental car that I had. I cannot explain what a gift this was to me at the time.
