I will say that the owner of the business stepped in, took accountability and very professionally took care of the situation and we reached a mutually beneficial agreement. On top of that my new cart was delivered to me in three hours and I was on the course that day. Even with the challenge we had, I will not hesitate to recommend people to this company because of the integrity shown by the owner Mike Highsmith and the knowledge of the industry shown by Micah. I had to delete a star just for the inconvenience I encountered. If you are new to the golf cart world as I was, trust these people to guide you.”

She really took the time to help me pick some rims and tires. Just with the customer service alone I definitely will be coming back once I decide to change out all the rims. He spent a good amount of time with us and passed us on to Mike. Mike was just as kind and listened to my husband’s request and needs. We got with Glen and that was the best finance experience we ever had. He was fun and engaging. Work with Nikki to complete the final paper work and she was the best too.
