The truck inspection had not been completed and the scope of work needed and time it took for completion kept getting pushed out do to parts and mechanics outside their control. I was kept in the loop with great communication . Even though it cost them way more than expected to get the truck ready for me they treated me fairly and with transparency. I am glad I was patient because I am very happy with the truck and deal. In short when things go perfectly its easy to give great review.
