“THEY ARE CLOSED ON SUNDAYS as of May 2022. I was about to head towards LA for mother's day but woke up to a flat tire and needed to get it patched up. Only 2 nearby tire shops appeared to be open that Sunday so I drove to this one. I got lucky!!! I noticed they were closed and was about to leave but the owner(Jose I believe) pulled up and flagged me down asking what I needed. He wasn't intending to work but he offered to help me patch my tire though they were technically closed! He went above and beyond and am grateful he made a stressful morning much much better. “Walter is hands down the best person to work on your car and gives you all the relief and reassurance you need. We blew a head gasket on our reliable daily car and everyone in san diego had high quotes and long time frames until I spoke to Walter. I had found a problematic when he said he was all the way out in Perris CA but he was able yo send us a tow truck all the way out to where we live and talk through our troubles with us. he was able to listen to what we have to say versus when you go to other shops where they insist on just taking your keys and getting you in and out promising they will figure it out. Since I usually work on my own cars I was able to give him good directions and share what I had done to it before he worked on it. He was able to tell us basically right away that it was the head gasket. Hewalter was able to text us and call us to let us know that was going on with the car, and when we would be receiving it back and everything. He required a reasonable deposit and had a fair price for the repair. Much better than the dealership. He has does business and does the distance in order to make it happen. replacing your head gasket can be stressful but it was a smooth transaction. He returned the car with a clean engine bay, new fluids and I think he refilled the gas to where it was after test driving it”
