“THEY ARE CLOSED ON SUNDAYS as of May 2022. I was about to head towards LA for mother's day but woke up to a flat tire and needed to get it patched up. Only 2 nearby tire shops appeared to be open that Sunday so I drove to this one. I got lucky!!! I noticed they were closed and was about to leave but the owner(Jose I believe) pulled up and flagged me down asking what I needed. He wasn't intending to work but he offered to help me patch my tire though they were technically closed! He went above and beyond and am grateful he made a stressful morning much much better. Never thought of reviewing, but after seeing so many negative reviews, I decided otherwise, because these guys are GOOOOD!! I’ve had my truck for nearly 2 years, but since I commute for work I’ve put over 100k on it, they’ve helped me with discounts on maintenance and have let me know every time I’m due for maintenance. “My wife got a flat today. It was late in the day when I walked in to order a new tire. Edgar saw the tire and said that he could save the tire. I initially was quoted $320.00 to replace the tire, but when Edgar said he could save it and not have me get a new tire because my flat tire had a lot of tread on it, I said sure. They not only saved the tire and didn't have me order another tire he did this out of kindness and didn't charge me one cent. Now, I've been doing business with Perris Tires for many years and they have always been fair and gave good prices. But the service I received today was so kind. I can tell you that I will always give Perris Tires my business. I post this review because so many people will only post reviews when they are upset but won't take the time to post a review when they are happy with the service they receive. I want to publicly thank Perris Tires for their outstanding customer service and for taking care of me and my wife when we were in need.”
