“They did a change if transmission fluid and filter change for us. We dropped it off at 8:30am, and it wasn't finished until 5:30pm. Still, I would have given them 5 stars, but when they were done, they parked our car in the parking lot with all the windows wide open and the car unlocked. I was upset because we have a backup camera monitor, dashcam, and tools in the vehicle. Anyone walking by could have helped themselves to whatever they wanted.”

After 2 years of being lied to, taken advantage of and flim-flam repair of my vehicle (also my only shelter), Rodas to the rescue.After checking two other shops for the cost of investigating overheating & coolant leaking issues, Rodas' shuttle service, fast diagnosis time, and reasonable labor rate led me to give Rodas a try.The whole shop, front to back, is clean, organized and well-run, which is always a good sign. The estimate for repair was significant, but I was given options to prioritize and do the whole repair in "phases".After the work was completed, I was shown the very damaged parts, treated with professionalism and courtesy at check-out, and drove away with a well-running van home. The peace of mind of a solid repair and warranty is invaluable and worth the difficult expense.There are many auto repair shops in & around the Menifee/Perris area that have great reviews, and I've been taken advantage of by several of them. They were helpful, friendly, double checked their inventory, and gave reference to a sister store that may have what I need. It's slightly hard to see off the main road if you're not actively looking..... But that's seriously my only complaint. Great job guys. I didn't purchase a tire, so that's all I can offer at the moment. I hear the prices are amazing... but Wiill have to, thank you.”

“Man is a life safer!! My dog murdered my window’s button/motor literal minutes before I had to leave for work. I was panicking calling everyone to try to get it fixed because I didn’t feel comfortable going to work and leaving my car in public with its window down all day. He got to me in like 10-15 minutes and got me squared away in just about the same time. He had to take the inside door out all because my dog popped the switch into the door and it was stuck. Then we find out he completed busted the motor. Johnny was able to get it out and pull the window up for now. Needless to say when I get the new motor I’ll be calling him back! “Came in several times for pricing and issues I had with my supra tires. Brenda at the front desk has been so helpful and very patient with all my questions. She really took the time to help me pick some rims and tires. Just with the customer service alone I definitely will be coming back once I decide to change out all the rims. I did get my tires done 2x from this location and each time they went above and beyond. I highly recommend them.”
